the benefits are uncountable. they include; payment of salaries and expense is done at good time and in a fairly manner, hiring of workers is done in a professional way giving in qualified workers for the company, cases of absenteeism has reduced, on-boarding of new employees is faster and easy, reduced physical workforce in the company as much tasks are automated, a secure documentation of employees profiles data and information, the management is easy as tracking of workers compliance is easy and effective, the admin is able to produce electronic forms and electronic signature in a simple way.

Site needs to be more mobile friendly. It it challenging to use it on my iPhone (but often need to check it from my phone). I end up using it on my laptop most of the time.

I would try it, but have all middle managers (or a few) also test it to give you feedback. All levels of mgmt. will be using it heavily so it's good to find a con-census on the HR software most widely accepted.

Employee reviews, time off calendar. makes us more productive. It also allows me to handle time off requests or denials from anywhere, making us much more agile.

Simple platform, allows for a lot of flexibility and working with the team. Interface is easy to use.

Notification settings can be a bit tricky sometimes.

Great platform to keep information centralized. Definitely good to make sure that all employees are aware of its benefits.
