Skai accels over other platforms when it comes to service and support. They always listen to our product and need suggestions and work with us to get the data we need integrated and manipulated the way we need it. We've accomplished a ton tests and client wins using skai support and their platform. Some of their newest additions have really taken the platform to a new level.

The only thing I'd really love is more integration with YouTube, Pinterest and more budget management and optimizations in those platforms. As well as Local & Discovery ads. We'd like to be able to do even more with Skai and get all of our data attributed against each other in one pixel.

It's our 3rd Party Source of Truth. It's also a conduit for reporting all in one place as well as integrating data into Google & MSFT using their pass-through operations.

The easy of reporting data, applying automatic rules and actions or highlighting dimensions to focus on the priorities and objectives of the search engine.

Nothing. So far I really like the tool and I have no complaints. I am learning more about skai and every step improves my management with Amazon.

What has helped me the most is in reporting and generating comparative data tables to optimise on a historical basis.

Because Amazon does not allow you to easily see data from more than one year, nor does it allow you to easily compare results.

On the other hand, being able to apply strategies and focus on performance, not so much on traffic, is ideal.

It allows for the integration of all advertising activity data across retail, social and search channels, in order to manage spend more efficiently.

Its ability to create automatic rules to optimise results, perform audits, configure highly visual dashboards for tracking, etc.

Especially for Amazon campaigns, it allows us to view and report all historical data from the campaign view, and optimise between different accounts with the same objective, unlike the AMS platform itself.

In addition, their accounts are super, they support us to facilitates the resolution of doubts with the interface to improve our management and results of our activity.

Skai tries to adapt to the enviroment, therefore is under constant development and new features and functionalities are added frequently.

Nothing, we are very happy with the platform and whenever we have had a problem or limitation, the team has always been available to help us solve it or even ask for new developments from their technical team.

AMS's own tool does not allow us to have a history of more than 60 days in the campaign view, nor download grouped reports from different accounts or types of campaigns, nor apply bidding strategies to a specific conversion target (CPA or ROAS), and Skai gives us the solution by allowing us to integrate and optimise all the data from a single tool.

I enjoy how simple the user interface is. Having all accounts and campaigns in one place is tremendously useful. The support team is also very helpful and also responds quickly.

It's a small hitch, but there are sometimes small discrepancies between spend reported from spend compared to spend reported from vendors. Usually small discrepancies, so not too serious.

Skai makes pulling campaign performance data very straightforward. It's a simple way to have all account and campaign metrics in one place, which makes reporting easier than ever.

The best part about SKAI is the number of channels you can reach with one platform.

The worst part is probably just a learning curve, which is going to happen with all tools like this.

I like the organization of the platform. I find it easy to navigate once you are settled in.

I wish that there were less bugs in certain features such as bulk upload needing to be uploaded twice to have correct information display.

Skai's UI is very intuitive and I love the customer service we receive. I also appreciate that Skai is always making upgrades and listening to our requests.

Sometimes pausing doesn't work and campaigns come back live even if I've paused them.

Combines Google and Microsoft campaigns for ease of changing campaigns, budgeting, changing ad copy. I am more productive using Skai than using Google and Microsoft separately.

Love the ability to look at data across products, campaigns, ads, KWs, targets vs KPIs and then program in customized KPIs and dimensionalized/group those facets is the best I've come across. We're using for Amazon PPC. If you're serious about Amazon PPC you need a 3P tool, otherwise data-mining across silos (of campaigns, products, ad groups inside Amazon etc is not possible. That tool could be bulk sheets and Excel but SKAI is so much more flexible and smart. It's a joy to use - I was hunting for such a tool for years.

It is on the costly side but it pays for itself (for our business) and I could not imagine working without it.

Customer support is great and really listens. Also the commitment to product improvement is impressive. I feel that this is company that really committed to their product's technical/user quality and their customers' experience.

This is powerful and flexible software, so does require quite a bit of learning. The recent relaunch of UI is a big improvement. Again the required learning/knowledge tools are all there - video courses, articles and support calls BUT expect to have to invest the time. Therefore it's more for people who are full time on PPC and with some technical foundation.

I've not had success with the algorithmic bidding module after a couple of trials. But I've not had success with the handful of other suppliers I've tried out for this area. And generally, I prefer manual/bulk management of bid optimization which SKAI excels at.

Maybe the flexibility for longitudinal (time series) analysis could be improved. At present, it's pretty much fixed to 2 time periods - custom period vs prior period for detailed KPIs. Or some limited trend graphs without data download. Ideally, I'd like to be able to select day/week/month intervals and download KPIs (Sales, CVR, CTR etc...) for those time intervals with all the other great features (dimension groups, filters...) coming into play.

Overall, the dislikes are far outweighed by the likes for SKAI. So it's indispensable.

Highly recommended - have tried out around 10 platforms for Amazon and SKAI has been the best.

Skai has been useful for us in the everyday routine, solving some organizational problems with ease.

Optimizing campaign budgets independently, as well as increasing the number of leads our business delivers in a day.

Skai makes bulk managing several ad accounts easy and fast. We can manage search and social accounts at scale for new account creation, campaign setup, and bulk edits across multiple channels.

It does not fully support all ad formats for social at this time. However, I have full confidence that it will soon enough.

Skai allows us to save hours and hours of manual work a day. Through automation and bulk edit features, what used to take hours now takes minutes.
