What do you like best about Kato?

Kato simplifies everything about business analytics process from data preparation, and the best thing which I like about this product is that you can connect to data wherever you are without facing any difficulties.

What do you dislike about Kato?

This is a very new and powerful tool, so I do not have many dislikes about this product but yes, their documentation could be improved, and they can improve their customer service also.

What problems is Kato solving and how is that benefiting you?

As If i'll talk about purposes then we use this for analys the platforms and to analys the predictive, overall I really like how smooth it works so for me this is very beenficial app for me.

What do you like best about Kato?

The best thing about Kato is that you can connect to the data wherever it lives to explore the data with amazing visualizations. The next best thing is that you can easily publish and share easily within or outside the organization. This becomes very powerful with this amazing tool and the insights that it offers is great.

What do you dislike about Kato?

I haven't come across many dislikes with this product since it's a new and powerful tool. The documentation could be improved and the customer support and community need to be active to help customer issues.

What problems is Kato solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main advantage of this tool is that it allows the connectivity to multiple data sources that can also be used to combine and create a single dashboard that provides insights to make powerful decisions. The User Interface is quite a user friendly and the visualizations are very beautiful.

Horrid experience

PROS: the customer support was great (a little hard to understand) but good overall, until They did not do what they promised and I asked for a refund and they went from replying within 10 minutes to currently I haven't heard back from them in 2 days!

CONS: the overall website is clunky and hard to use, they gave me a test demo of a marketplace I planned to design Through their service and then they told me I needed to sign a contract and after the contract was signed they sent me a list of things I needed to do and pay for which amounted to about 1 thousand on top of the thousands they wanted to "design and build" my website after the money was spent and about 3 weeks of work they finally sent me a link to see my website and to put it lightly it was trash. when you go to there site you'll see that there is several "different" marketplace's but if you click on them you'll realize they are all the same with a slightly different logo and backdrop that was the case when they "custom built" mine it was the grocery marketplace with the logo I paid for slapped on it! I demanded a refund and to cancel out to use a different marketplace designer and they haven't opened my email in two days! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY!!!
