What do you like best about JumpCloud?I really like being able to troubleshoot issues remotely using Remote Assist. I also appreciate how easily I can integrate it with Google Workspace for account provisioning and deactivation.What do you dislike about JumpCloud?Recommendations to others considering JumpCloud?The support team is consistently helpful whenever I have questions or submit feature requests, and the AI has made it much easier to search through everything and find what I need.What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?The users page UI. It could be like the devices page.

What do you like best about JumpCloud?The platform is very clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, which makes managing users and policies straightforward. Great support for cross-platform environments (Windows, macOS, Linux) and seamless directory integration with tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Fast, lightweight agent deployment with quick response times across all managed endpoints. Responsive and helpful customer support, backed by comprehensive documentation and step-by-step guides that make the initial setup smooth. JumpCloud replaces several standalone IT management tools with one unified platform. The time saved on remote technical support, policy enforcement, and application access control easily justifies the pricing.What do you dislike about JumpCloud?JumpCloud Workflows is a fairly recent feature that still feels incomplete. For instance, setting up certain integrations, like Zoom, is extremely complex and almost impossible to get working smoothly.What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?JumpCloud streamlines identity and device management into a single platform. It allows us to easily enforce security policies, ensure compliance, and manage user identities across different operating systems. Supporting end users is exceptionally straightforward—we can seamlessly deploy software to their machines and provide remote troubleshooting, which drastically reduces our IT response times and simplifies overall administration.

It just does the basics without a lot of crazy configuration.What do you dislike about JumpCloud?Somethings are still not as detailed as I would prefer from native systems. What do you like best about JumpCloud?I mainly use JumpCloud as an MDM solution to manage our laptop fleet on Windows and Mac, making it easy to deliver software and security configurations. I love how it ensures everyone has the same solid base of security policies and access to applications through their identity provider account. We have a very strong relationship with JumpCloud, and it simplifies managing access to applications and ensuring endpoint protection. JumpCloud's outstanding customer success support is also something I truly appreciate. Additionally, integrating it with tools like Vanta helps us maintain security standards and meet auditor requirements. Setting up a new laptop through a vendor, like Apple Business Manager, was simple enough, which adds to the convenience of using JumpCloud.
