Essential and easy to use invoicing app
What do you like best about JobFLEX?
It has and easy to use interface, that was helpful for a first time user. The app makes it so you can create invoices while working out in the field making it convenient.
What do you dislike about JobFLEX?
I didn't really find any draw backs to the app. So far I've had a smooth experience with it.
What problems is JobFLEX solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app makes it so I don't have to be in the office to create and send invoices. I can do them anywhere anytime giving me the ability to spend more time actually performing tasks as opposed to billing for them.

I love the easy navigation. It's quick to use and offers excellent customization.

None. I love using JobFlex. It's amazing.

JobFlex offers templates that make it easier for me to customize and generate my business invoices and share them with parties. It gives a unique number along with the date.

What do you like best about JobFLEX?
JobFlex helps you categories job preferences and lead you to your dream job. The best thing is easy to navigate and have good tools with in it. Jobflex helps you find the correct job for you
What do you dislike about JobFLEX?
Little bit on the side of pricing. Sometime for some people who are struggling to afford a paid platform, it might be little difficult.
What problems is JobFLEX solving and how is that benefiting you?
JobFlex solve your problem in searching and applying for your dream jobs. It helps you to find remote jobs as Covid has hit us.

JobFLEX is a great software
What do you like best about JobFLEX?
It is an excellent application that I can create personalized professional appointments without having to connect to the wifi. You can track payments, billing, professional estimate templates, multiple users, estimates on the go, and more.
What do you dislike about JobFLEX?
I have had excellent results with JobFlex, so far it has helped me a lot. It is a very easy to use product and is very intuitive. I also like that I can use it through my cell phone.
What problems is JobFLEX solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can have customizable BOMs, which helps me get accurate quotes and helps the sales team increase sales and generate more quotes. I can also have file directory, client management and scheduling tool, data import and export. They are excellent tools that help me a lot in my day to day.

Easy to Use!
What do you like best about JobFLEX?
This was very easy to use for a small business when putting quotes together, creating invoices/estimates for work, and saved time when I was using it before.

I do not have any cons I can think of right now

What do you like best about JobFLEX?
Great app to provide quotes to customers, lots of logos, and photos to help customise your work. Easy to use drop-down menus. Able to use it on my Samsung galaxy s22 phone. Quick, easy, and fast. I work as a carpenter. This application makes life so simple, see the job, work out a cost and end a quote to the customer.
What do you dislike about JobFLEX?
Nothing, this is a great, easy-to-use application, cutting out a lot of stress in busy work life.

Easy and quick to send my customers quotes in a timely and professional manner.

Great invoicing tool
What do you like best about JobFLEX?
I like how easy it is to build an invoice on my phone or tablet while on the go if I am offsite from my office.
What do you dislike about JobFLEX?
The functionality is a little different depending on what type of laptop or mobile device you use, but not a hard transition.
What problems is JobFLEX solving and how is that benefiting you?
JobFLEX is helping me be able to invoice contractors for one-off jobs if I don't have an established relationship or account with one previously.

Great tool for on the go
What do you like best about JobFLEX?
JobFLEX is an excellent tool for making appointments and finding jobs on the go. Its interface is very beginner friendly and straightforward to use. Additionally, I can track payments/billing easily after the sale is made.
What do you dislike about JobFLEX?
I wish JobFLEX had an integration with Quickbooks and Salesforce. JobFLEX is much easier to use, but Quickbooks has more advanced tracking and Salesforce is our source of truth. We've used both for such a long time, so it'd be nice if they spoke to each other more.
What problems is JobFLEX solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to send my customers accurate quotes far faster than before. We can keep track of everything in the file directory and export the information we need.
