What do you like best about JobDiva?The thing I loved about JobDiva is the ability to source and screen resumes with ease. What do you like best about JobDiva?It’s very helpful for me as a recruiter because it brings all the necessary resources into one place. Almost everything you need as a recruiter is just a click away. The most helpful part for me is the email merge option.What do you dislike about JobDiva?There aren’t any major disadvantages, but the occasional outages can make things very difficult at times, especially when you’re dealing with a high-priority position.What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?Bringing several tools together in one place.

What do you like best about JobDiva?the best Part I like about Job Diva is creating a Search String & auto Populating the keywords associated with that Skillset. Awesome Feature.What do you dislike about JobDiva?job Diva Slows down when multiple users login at the same time. May be that needs to be looked at.What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?Job Diva is our Prime Applicant tracking System & we are able to main huge data of our candidates in that Software. Our Productivity has reached heights since we started using this Software.

What do you like best about JobDiva?It has one of the best pools of candidates, and it also has all sourcing tools integrated in one place.What do you dislike about JobDiva?Sometimes the search criteria seem to be missing, so I don’t get the proper results.What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?We used to struggle with searching for candidates, but now we can run our searches from one place using all the integrated tools. As a result, it’s much easier to find good candidates in one place.

Its features are very easy to learn, and using it feels effortless.What do you dislike about JobDiva?Sometimes when I search for candidates within 20 miles, it shows me results from over 40 miles away. What do you like best about JobDiva?I personally like JobDiva because it is very user-friendly and even a beginner can learn quickly how to use it for sourcing candidates. There are many features I appreciate, such as being able to use ZIP codes and calculate how far we need a candidate in miles for specific locations. This makes it quite practical for our needs.What do you dislike about JobDiva?The database is just kind of very slow. Like, we are not able to find for the particular position, you know, just support we are getting, the high end position, so we have to suffer. What do you like best about JobDiva?As a US HR executive, I find JobDiva very useful because through reporting i can easily view candidates along with their weekly timesheets details in one place. I can quickly pull weekly timesheets hours for all consultants. which is very helpful for payroll and client billing.What do you dislike about JobDiva?Sometimes performance slow down when running heavy reports, which can be frustrating during peak payroll or billing cycles.What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?JobDiva solves the issue of manual tracking by automating reporting. Before, I had to move between spreadsheets, emails, and job boards — and it was easy to lose track of candidates. With JobDiva, everything lives in one place.
