I like how Joan allows us to see if a room is free without disturbing a potentially ongoing meeting. Its reliable syncing with calendars, picking up new meetings as soon as they are added, has been really beneficial. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the guides on their website and their supportive team always being on hand to help.

The battery life when not on the POE mounts could be improved, as well as the size of the Joan Pro 6. The price of the POE mounts could be reduced.

I use Joan to move from a paper booking system to a digital one, avoiding meeting conflicts and checking room availability without disturbances. It's reliable in syncing new calendar meetings, making it essential for our operations.

I like that Joan is a very user-friendly software and application, making it easy to use. The onboarding process was quite easy, and the integration with Azure is very smooth for both IT administrators and end users. We use some Joan devices for booking in Teams rooms. The initial setup was straightforward with everything well-documented, simplifying the floor plan setup and booking of the office seats, as well as scheduling with tablets.

I don't have anything specific to say about Joan at this time; everything is working fine. Maybe there could be an improvement on the mobile app, but it's not frequently used by the users. Maybe there could be an option for automatic login or check-in or something like that.

We use Joan to reserve office seats with a floor plan, choosing our own seat according to our shift.

I like having the different views, so you can search by people, by desks or look at the floor plan. It's really easy to use and I like being able to book multiple desks so I can book for my team. Also it's good to have the option to create a recurring booking.

I'd prefer if the standard option for booking was all day rather than the morning only.

It's good to be able to see when colleagues are in the office and where they're sitting. It's good to know in advance that there will be space for our whole team to sit together to collaborate.

The Joan Device is an excellent elegant solution. and their support is second to none.

The benefit for me is that it eliminates the back-and-forth of checking availability or wondering if a room is free, helping to keep things organized and on track.

Joan solve a problem when you are standing in front of an office and want to know if is free. Just a click and reservation is done, without using your computer or even phone. And there is ZERO installation need due to the fact that Joan is battery powered!

It's a little bit pricey, but worth it on the long run.
