J5Drive is web-based management software built for small independent used-car dealers, with a focus on Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) lots that finance their own customers. It brings inventory, customers, contracts, payments, balances and receipts into one place, so a small lot can see who owes what, which payments are late and what is in stock. Inventory: add cars by scanning the VIN with a phone camera, with invested cost, asking price, title, mileage, GPS number, photos and inspection appointments. Import existing inventory from Excel or CSV. Publish selected cars to a public catalog and sync them to Facebook Marketplace and Google Merchant Center. Contracts and collections: create cash or financed contracts with down payment, payment frequency (weekly, every 15 days, every 2 weeks or monthly) and an on-screen customer signature. Accounts receivable shows balance, amount paid, next due date and days late for every contract. Each payment produces a receipt with the remaining balance, by link or PDF, in English or Spanish. Late-payment alerts and receipts can go out by WhatsApp, SMS and email to customers who opted in. Dealers can accept online payments through their own Stripe account. Team and control: separate logins for owners, salespeople and collectors, with permissions enforced on the server. Profitability per vehicle compares contract price with invested cost. Recorded payments are never deleted; voids are logged. Bilingual interface (English and Spanish), runs in the browser on any phone or computer. Plans start at $49/month (Basic, up to 10 active cars), Pro $149/month (up to 50) and Max $299/month (unlimited), with a 30-day free trial. Annual billing gets two months free. J5Drive does not sell cars or provide financing.
