The data that ITRAK collects has always been available in our paper forms, but there was never much we could do with it. ITRAK has streamlined our processes and allowed us to gain valuable insights by consolidating the information we already had into an easy to understand dashboard. The switch was easy, as soon as the forms were created it was seamless for our staff to switch from our old paper lists to the app.

There was a little bit of confusion about how to edit the lists in the beginning but I think that was our misconception, once we were shown by the ITRAK team it made sense and has been easy since

The ability to customize the forms with the various field types and their settings.

Not much actually. However, a faster sync time for those that don't sync often would be fantastic!

We need a mobile/offline solution for our field staff, and we need them to have access to information quickly and no matter their coverage. ITRAK 365 provides that ability and therefore puts safety planning at the fingertips of our employees.

very flexible and can be customised to suit our internal processes. Works with the MS suite of products and team are always helpful. the mobile platform is clean and simple for our front line workers to use.

The support i've gotten while setting up another company has been excellent.

So far there has veen nothing that ive disliked.

The need to add a new division of our company.

ITRAK allows me to see what is happening in the restaurant, without physically being there. We have set up checklists, to ensure all procedures are followed every single day. Staff are required to take before and after pictures of critical tasks. If there are issues, staff can create action items so management is aware of the issue. Managers can then create a corrective action and assign it to an employee. Before ITRAK, we were using paper checklists, which was not effecient.

So far, there has not been any downside. Navigating the app, using and submitting forms on a daily basis is easy. All staff picked it up after only one day of use.

ITRAK saves me and my staff time. I no longer need to drop into the restaurant every day to ensure my staff are doing what is required. They way we have ITRAK setup, it keeps all of the staff accountable, and all I have to do is log in and look at my Power BI Dashboard to ensure tasks are being completed consistently and properly. This has allowed me to take on management of two restaurants now, and I would argue I am less busy now with two restaurants and ITRAK then I was with only one restaurant before ITRAK.

Our complex forms created some performance issues however NeoSystems has worked diligently on those improvements and we are now more efficient than ever.

The support of the Itrak team and the adaptability of the platform is what we liked the best.

As employees had suggestions to improve we could go into dynamics and make adjustments as need.

Just like any new IT platform, it can take a while for people to get used to the functions.

I really like that we have real-time data and reporting for our business. I like the integration with Power BI apps and customizations we are able to create.

I also liked being able to set up the way forms and reports are laid out for our users which helps them in their day to day of filling everything out.

Initially, I found setting up the forms and the employees hard. There were all these extra steps you needed to do for things to work, but you didn't always know what needed to be done. But the team at iTrak offers great support and assists you with any issues.
