Intenseye is continuing to add more prompts and guidance on what to watch for, which is helpful as we refine how we use it. As we integrate it further, we need to keep tuning alerts and focus on the detections that matter most to avoid noise and ensure it supports—not slows down—our workflow.

What I liked most about Intenseye was how it actually worked in our real environment at Lupin Limited, where safety rules are super strict because it’s pharma manufacturing. The AI picked up stuff our safety team usually missed, like people not wearing gloves or masks properly, or someone stepping too close to a restricted mixing area. It was running on top of our existing CCTV so we didn’t have to install some big new system, which honestly saved a lot of headache. The dashboards were also helpful because we could see patterns, like which shifts had more PPE issues or which area had more nearmisses. It felt like the tool was doing the watching for us so we could focus on fixing the problems instead of trying to find them manually

The setup was honestly a bit painful for us. Integrating it with our internal systems at Lupin took longer than expected because of all the approvals and IT security checks. Some alerts were way too sensitive at the start, like it flagged harmless movements or shadows, so we had to tune it again and again. The interface is good but sometimes feels slow when you’re reviewing a bunch of events back to back. Customer support helped us but sometimes the replies took longer, especially when we needed something fixed fast because production was running.

At Lupin we used Intenseye mainly for Environmental Health and Safety and OHS because pharma floors have a lot of strict rules. It helped us catch PPE misses, unsafe lifting, people entering wrong zones, and even ergonomic issues like bad posture during packing. Before this, we relied a lot on manual rounds and supervisors watching cameras, which honestly wasn’t enough because people can’t watch everything 24/7. Intenseye reduced nearmisses and helped us stay compliant with audits, especially during internal inspections and external regulatory checks. It also saved a lot of time because the AI flagged the events automatically instead of us digging through hours of footage. Overall it helped build a stronger safety culture because people knew the system was watching and they followed rules more consistently.

I really like that Intenseye is an innovative solution, offering something that no one else does. It provides a safer workspace with integrated cameras into our production equipment, giving us valuable insights into what's happening on our production floor, which we couldn't normally see. I also value how the system is integrated and tied to our equipment, stopping when it recognizes unsafe acts. The dashboard and everything associated with it are crucial for using and dialing the system. The true functionality of Intenseye as it works on the line is what I use the most.

One thing that could be improved is the communication through meeting invites. I get a lot of emails a day, sometimes five to 10 email cancellations for meetings and then five to 10 new meetings put on my calendar. So streamlining or consolidating that would be helpful. Also, there's a lot of room for improvement in the dashboard to make it more user-friendly and effective without needing to be an expert. The ability to summarize the last shift, day, week, etc. without having to deep dive into the data would be most valuable.

Easy to use, we use it everyday in part to review our safety program performance but also to drive continuous improvement and awareness for all of our staff. The installation and integration is easy and handled by expert staff. The platform has on-going support from knowledgeable staff ensuring operational refinement and optimal performance.

My only regret of the Intenseye platform is that I didn't integrate it sooner than I did.

Initial alert volumes may be higher until thresholds and parameters are aligned with actual site operations. Stronger integration with existing EHS systems would further enhance workflow efficiency and reduce manual follow-up.

Intenseye is solving the problem of limited visibility and delayed response in workplace safety. Traditional OHS monitoring depends heavily on physical presence, manual inspections, and after-the-fact reporting. This often means hazards are identified too late — after an incident or near miss has already occurred.

Since the Intenseye platform is easily accessible and user-friendly, it has become a platform that I have no difficulty in learning and using.
