Sometimes the length of time to get the required information can be lengthy leaving a good candidate not hired in our industry is not a good thing. Especially when they've lived in multiple states.

Intellicorp is very straightforward! The platform is easy to use, and I feel like it's secure. I appreciate that they do a training every few months to remind me about rules on background checks and other laws--though I know it's a requirement. I also work with fiscal, so I like how all my invoices are all in one place and it also tells me which background checks go with each invoice, as I have to allocate each background check to different programs/departments.

The part that I have trouble with, and I don't necessarily think it's an Intellicorp problem, is when someone I need a background check for has two last names or a hyphenated last name. It advises that it would have an easier time if the name is one word or not hyphenated. Sometimes I don't have that option.

I don't really have any real problems with IntelliCorp. It's easy to use and straightforward. The benefits I find the most is how organized it is to find invoices and finished background checks.

IntelliCorp makes obtaining information about applicants and new hires so easy. The data is clear and precise.

I would like to be able to customize the notifications sent to applicants. This feature currently isn't an option that I am aware of.

By using IntelliCorp, we have been able to see any adverse records that may hinder the quality of applicants.

We use IntelliCorp to vet volunteers who want to work with older adults as volunteer drivers, providing help at home, etc. We are pleased with the training they provide that that makes it straightforward to use and we feel confident in the results so we and the older adults we work with can feel safe knowing our volunteers have been screened.

The process takes a little getting used to but Intellicorp helps you through it and once you've done it once or twice, you've got it!

We look for volunteers in our community who can help older adults continue to live independently in their own homes. Intellicorp helps us vet those volunteers so we can send them out to the homes of older adults safely.
