Easy to use. I love the features of the platform. Keeps everything easy and simple and organized. Customer service is supportive (if you ever need them) which in 7 years I have only need once. I am on the page frequently everyday. Is simple to upload and add information.

I cannot say much in the negative.

I overall find it easy and refuse to use anything else.

People applying for driver positions, and I can see what what their qualifications are.

Richest database. They give access to the millions of drivers and companies.

Cost is the only issue. Other than that its perfect.

The online videos, quizzes, and forms. Makes it easier to train new drivers the same in all offices.

There are monthly integration fees when integrating with another platform.

This system truly does have a vast amount of capabilities and is helping to streamline our processes

Tenstreet is working on streamlining the processes revolving around recruiting, onboarding, marketing, and engagement. It's not only helping us make our processes more efficient, but the turnover rate for drivers is decreasing drastically.

I love all the sorting features and the ability to export databases of drivers to import into marketing and ad-placement software/programs.

It has a tendency to either have certain features down or the platform goes down more than other software I use.

The problems I solve are all related to the full cycle driver recruiting that I do. I am able to get leads in and convert them to full application easily. I am also able to reach out to applicants through email and direct message if they have the Tenstreet Pulse app. This allows seamless conversion from lead to applicant to approved driver. They also make getting paperwork and documents easy once the driver is approved so we're able to onboard them faster and get them making money faster.

I think this is the best way to have first contact with potential drivers.

Drivers say it takes too long to complete. But we have to have all the information requested.

This made it where we had almost all of the information we needed to hire drivers. It was quick and complete.

We are getting better quality drivers.

Ease of running reports and compiling the database

Lack of being able to be notified when new leads come in. Inability to do mass texting through the software. Simply make all your applicants check a box that they subscribe to mass texting so we can do it.

It is fantastic way to allow your candidates to quickly apply.

Quick way to get full applications in with good data. People can do their apps while they are on the phone with you.

I love the ease of using this software to get information regarding drivers that are looking for jobs.

There is nothing I dislike about this software

We are finding if injured employees are searching for jobs while out on worker's compensation

I like how easy I can you use this product to find truck drivers that are looking for a job

Reapply. Every time a driver puts in a application it goes to every trucking company out there. I wish it did not got to all of them. It makes it harder to higher a driver.

I would tell all trucking companies to use the product

Quick and easy application process.

It lays out everything in an organized fashion, it's very user friendly, and it is universally used so applicants can import their info.

Sometimes applicants put a job in unemployment or they put a truck school under regular school. For my job these have to be in the correct spots so it's annoying to have to go in an manually input it all. It'd be easier to just click a quick button and have it change over.

Applicants don't need to start from scratch due to how universal intelliapp is.
