It was very easy to use, self explanitory and walked you through everything.

VERY slow! It would take a very long time for certain areas to run through. I also did not like the way they listed charges because it was very confusing.

When I was using Intelifi, we used it for background checks and it solved the issue of waiting for candidates to fill something, we were able to get all the information in without needing them in the office.

I love that Intelifi has their own proprietary software that drastically improves overall turnaround times for results. Literally something I can't get anywhere else. We work hard to locate qualified professionals to work on our network. Being able to get folks up and running fast is not only great for the people we're putting to work, it's also great for our team who push every day to keep up with the demand to get people approved for our platform.

The only thing to dislike is that some states/counties haven't left the dark ages when it comes to conducting a record search. Intelifi's software has improved that process though by shortening turn-around times for a surprising number of state and county searches. Intelifi may not be able to change that some counties are still tracking on paper and require manual, in-person searches. What they have done, is revolutionize the background check game everywhere else. LiveRunner, on Emerge, gives you turnaround times you won't get anywhere else and that to us is priceless (they kept it super affordable).

Intelifi offers service and support that you cannot get anywhere else. People depend on their background check results so they can get to work. Using Intelifi has helped us fast track our independent contractors while continuing to ensure that only the very best, trustworthy professionals service our customers. I have used a good number of softwares, and Intelifi's software has been by far the easiest to use. The reports we obtain, are complete and also very well-organized. We now use them exclusively for all of our candidates.

Intelifi is certainly a software that you must try. It has been really beneficial for us to use it. As a customer, we are treated as valued customers, vs just an account; as most other companies behave.

From time to time, we require that we talk with someone regarding some sort of support. This company has proven to be exceptional when it comes to support and resolving any issues we may have immediately.

We've had some of the best support experiences with Intelifi. The human review of their reports is what makes them one of a kind versus other companies we had tried in the past. They are also extremely dedicated to compliance and education, which is an absolute must for us. We are extremely thankful to have been Introduced to them by a colleague years ago.

We own and operate a HVAC company as well as a few rental properties. We’ve used Intelifi background checks when hiring new employees as well as potential tenants. Doing so has helped us hire the right people for the job and leasing out our properties great tenants. They also provide great customer service and competitive pricing.

Honestly haven’t had any issues using Intelifi background check systems to say that I dislike anything.

Intelifi has been crucial when hiring new employees that operate our work vehicles and interact with our clients. We have been able to identify drivers with a history of DUI’s quickly and easily.

A live team there to assist you with all your needs. Very knowledgeable staff and they are constantly developing the platform for ease of use and upgraded features. Each generational update gets better overtime. Customer service is the best in the business.

Limited 3rd party partnerships. There aren't a lot of 3rd party applications.
