I love the customization ability of Intelex along with the user-friendly interface. We have been able to create a lot of new applications along with modify them based on our needs pretty easily.

The one thing that frustrates me with Intelex at times are report creating which can be confusing with the plethora of fields and levels.

It is allowing us to keep almost all of our Safety Management System components in one place which makes it very easy for reporting and referencing materials. It is also allowing users an easy way to report without having to go to multiple locations.
