Nice overview. Good help in communication with suppliers.

What do you dislike about IntegrityNext?

Cannot change supplier information they easy way for example adapt email addresse, have always to ask our Key Accounter. To delete suppliers do not work easy. The "reminder" emails are too many and to quick one after another.

What problems is IntegrityNext solving and how is that benefiting you?

All supplier data, questionnaire on one side in the same form

INX standard licence offers very limited possibilities of reporting. To get detailed reports it requires to sign a licence with extended API interface and then to setup reports outside of INX.

Recommendations to others considering IntegrityNext?

Ensure to have clean supplier master data and contact persons

What problems is IntegrityNext solving and how is that benefiting you?

INX helps us to ensure that we get from most of our suppliers the sustainability and compliance documentation. In comparison with a prior used own questionnaire we realized a much higher fill-rate and a high user acceptance.

Good for finding company accreditation and certifications

What do you like best about IntegrityNext?

You can get all the data about the company's sustainability info quickly and organised manner. Clear picture about the assessment of the suppliers and companies.

What do you dislike about IntegrityNext?

Easy to use, didn't need any helping hand to get started with platform.

Recommendations to others considering IntegrityNext?

Would be a good feature to add supplier's comments and have the ability to contact them directly. Apart from this, as a user, i did not find any cons with the tool.

What problems is IntegrityNext solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used IntegrityNext to assess the sustainability compliance requirement for multiple suppliers. It was easy to collate everything in a single platform.

Overall a good solution

What do you like best about IntegrityNext?

On a very quick glance it's possible to identify the problematic suppliers. Getting e-mail alerts when a status turn to red is very helpful so I don't need to log in the system all the time.

What do you dislike about IntegrityNext?

The visualizations are not perhaps that useful in other than some management report purposes. For the actual work it would be great to see the suppliers right away instead of scrolling down.

Recommendations to others considering IntegrityNext?

Also it would be great if the supplier could add general comments on each category since that might shed some light on why some topics are not "green".

What problems is IntegrityNext solving and how is that benefiting you?

Another point is that it would be great to be able to interact with the supplier directly via the portal

clear view of the suppliers and the assesments(green, yellow, red) and easy operation of the page

lack of reporting functions for example filter of incidents. some suppliers refuse to register because of their compliance.

What problems is IntegrityNext solving and how is that benefiting you?

the monitoring of the suppliers regarding social aspects on a platform. Instead of having many folders and saving certificates seperately. The tool have been well received by the audit.
