For the purposes of compliance we also needed a system that would help us demonstrate the organsations' approach to Security Awareness. The solution has solved both of these problems, enabling us to efficiently become more aware, and demonstrate this easily.

What is most helpful is that whenever I face an issue, for example, I needed help extracting data for all employees that have completed certain modules, a customer service rep responded within an hour providing me with a detailed breakdown on how to use the tools in getting the information that I needed.

I honestly do not think there is anything that I dislike about the platform. Everything is straight forward, easy to use, and help is always available. Maybe Stat-Zen could be made more user friendly.
