I liked a lot about this software program. How simple it was to teach and learn the basics of the program from booking appointments to checking clients out. I liked how clients were able to book online appointments with the stylist they wanted and the service they wanted on the day that worked for them. Most I liked that I was able to view my books from home with a very easy login online.

There were many days the program would crash, we had it running on two computers in the salon and one would be working fine yet the other her would not load. Also if you changed the client ticket in the back room, when you went to check them out up front, the ticket would be as it was before I edited it. Sometimes you could not find a clients name so you would have to make a whole new profile for them, there needs to be a larger search for not having the complete correct spelling of a clients name.
