The ease of use in managing our workflow. We have a small team with lots of projects and so communication is essential to deliver on time

nothing I can think of. We have had excellent performance in use.

Ease of communication within our teams.

Lytho has been a huge asset to our team. It's so easy to keep projects moving, check status, and communicate thoughts and suggestions with the team. We use Lytho on a daily basis, it has become essential to our proofing system. It was easy to implement with the team and we have had no issues integrating new associates as well. We have also appreciated the availablity and responsiveness of Lytho's Customer Support.

For the most part Lytho is pretty intuitive, I have nothing to comment on at this time.

We used to pysically route paper proofs, so this is a huge timesaver. And being able to at-mention team members and have a dialog right there in the proof is a great resource.

There are so many wonderful features inside Lytho that it is hard to list them all. Some of the features I like the most are:

A complete collaborative tool for when it comes to proofing, whether it be a team of a couple of people or a couple of hundred people.

A powerful video proofing feature.

The ability to assign and measure the level of effort individuals spend on a project.

Ability to look at someone's calendar to see who is drowning in work and who can take on additional projects.

A robust data collection system that allows team leaders to look at reporting to see how their creative team is running.

There are so many features within the Lytho Creative Workflow system that it can sometimes be hard to find all of the features. This is easily overcome by spending time with the system and your Success Manager at Lytho.

Having a large team of internal marketing and external departments look at proofs would always have a proof be left laying on a reviewer's desk and resulting in us not being able to keep the project moving forward. With Lytho, the project is moving forward, and all individuals are given the same time and opportunity to review a project.

It's amazing to see the vision of the team and the care this company has for patterning up with creatives to drive innovation, progress and growth.

There's nothing I dislike about this conference experience.

The main issues with workflow have been addressed today during the keynote presentation.

Better collaboration and accountability across creatives, stakeholders and ultimately better output of work.

Lytho Workflow is customizable at every step of the process. From being able to create many customized request forms to easily building and scaling projects, and the ability to proof within the platform.

I'd like stakeholders to have a bit more visibility of their requests. It would save me time it progress updates if they could see some details more automatically.

Lytho streamlines our creative process and reduces gaps in our workflow as work passes hands from one creative to the next.

The ease of use, constant product improvement, and data mining options to optimize workflow processes.

Limited Notification Center options and in-app reporting flexibility.

The project lifecycle from request to approval. Increased visibility, communication, and transparency for our team.

I love I can organize all of my team members and department partners in one place. Lytho makes our planning and proofing process as close to seamless as possible!

I wish the editable forms had the capability to automatically add deliverables as tasks to a project.

I love the visually organized project structure. I worked with a program management system previously that was similar, but visually unpleasant to use.

I wish there was more customization on the notification bar, and the ability to reply there vs needing to navigate to the project.

Managing many different projects with different structures, and it helps reduce the tyranny of email.

Having a dedicated channel to receive requests for stakeholders' needs has increased our ability to track and meet those needs. Reporting allows for better alignment.

No dislikes but excited to see how the review and approval improvements will increase efficiencies in reviewing work.

Allows us to keep track of the creative project needs to the team. Moving away from dropby verbal and email requests has allowed us to schedule work more efficiently and manage delivery expectations.

It provides us the ability to organize through creative chaos with customized workflows, request forms, and specialized roles.

The amount of clicking with mint project tasks and the fact Lytho can't help organize the rest of my life...but that's a "me issue."
