The reporting structure works well for me. I'm able to track my learner's progress.

I don't have any dislikes. I'm still relatively new to using the platform.

The training and scheduling thereof make it easy and it is solving issues where we used to be unable to track learner's progress. This is now an issue of the past.

Still performing great and support and help is readily available. Install was easy on Office 365 and would recommend to anyone in need of this type of education. Dashboard is easy to use and read.

Still slightly sluggish after months of use. Little slow on applications like delete, submit, send notification. Also not sure what sandbox does like some of the other functions it offers that don't do much or anything. I am on the admin side so my access and use is different from a standard user. Still recommended. No software is perfect and some of my concerns might be subjective.

Training and awareness of the numerous ways cyber attacks are done. They can come in through us, as well. Example we pick up a usb drive and plug it in to a secure computer. A definte no no. A+ Nice software for education of spam, phishing and ransomware.

Easy to access and assign to teachers.

We had teachers who signed in and tried to access the training and they were closed out.

Infosec is solving problems by educating our employees about the importance of cyber security and being aware of potential threats and attacks such as malware, phishing, and smishing.

There's a number of things I like:

- the content library

-automated scheduling of emails

I would like to be able to send employees a direct link to the awareness training.

I do like the way you can schedule campaigns to start and stop when you desire. Infosec also has a very good catalogue of past trainings or material that you can use as you see fit. I will also say that the support staff and your point of contact can really make your experience. I have a really solid contact and support personnel from Infosec and they really are very helpful and provide you with all you need to be successful. The PhishNotify button integration for Outlook is also something I recommend if your organization has issues with phishing emails.

The reports section of infosec and the campaigns you run can be a little obtuse at first. It just takes a little bit more to learn how to operate, but pretty easy once you figure it out.

Make sure you have a great support team from Infosec and are aware of what your needs for the system is.

One of my organizations biggest problems was phishing emails and trying to mitigate them from getting into our system. Our old system I felt was not good. Staff would call IT staff or forward the emails to us wondering if they are real or not. With the PhishNotify tool provided by Infosec we have been able to reduce the likelihood of phishing emails from traveling through our systems and have an extra layer of defense from those causing any harm.

There is a ton of different functions built into the program. You can run so many types of tests and trainings...even create and upload your own! I am a new user, but I am very excited to see what the future brings using this program.

Not much, being a new user, I am a tad overwhelmed with all the many ways I can use the program, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. I'm excited to learn all the ways I can use it.

I'm currently running phishing campaigns with my staff in order to better train their eyes to how to see and dismiss those types of emails when they get them.

Infosec IQ is a comprehensive training and awareness platform that comes with great features such as phishing simulations, customizable trainings and detailed analytics. The content is very engaging and great quality. It is easy to set up and fast to start with. Definitely recommended.

Nothing that dislike so far but adding some engaging contents like web series based on privacy and security will enhance the platform a little more.

Its helps us to improve the employee awareness about security and privacy practices.
