.Super helpful and powerful tool-- still learning so much but was able to use it immediately for client deliverables

The dashboards and infographics make it easy to understand social conversations on almost anything. The coverage is global and includes posts from many online platforms and in various languages. The advanced search features, while tricky to learn, allow for very detailed customization. The new Starscape version is outstanding and includes AI analysis and persona building that makes interpreting the online conversation quick, easy and in-depth. Best of all is the customer support from their expert team. They make sure you get the best results and are always quick to respond

It requires a few hours of training, so it's not for light users. Also with the older version of Atlas it was difficult to download results into a sharable format, but now the new Starscape version is better.

Understanding what consumers are saying about topics and brands online is critical in marketing, but hard to do without extensive primary research. Infegy Atlas is a tool to quickly gauge sentiment and behaviors based on data, not guesswork. It also specifically shows the hashtags, influencers and emojis that a brand can exploit for digital marketing.

Infegy Atlas makes it so much easier to learn about specific audiences. The query function is detailed and user-friendly, letting me fine-tune searches by keywords, sentiment, timeframe, and more to get exactly the insights I need. Whether I’m tracking trends or digging into a niche audience, it helps cut through the noise and surface meaningful data fast. The added bonus is that the team is incredibly responsive and helpful, which gives me extra support when I need it.

The platform itself is great, but sifting through irrelevant or over-the-top social posts can be a pain. It takes some effort to separate meaningful insights from the noise, but that’s more a reflection of social platforms than the tool itself.

Infegy Atlas allows me to learn more about audiences in specific timeframes, which is helpful for planning relevant, resonant content.

In Infegy, I like how many channels are in their data set. The robust amount of sources is super impressive. I love the user friendly UI in Infegy as it makes it easy to navigate. The LexisNexis integration is also great to have for print. Last but not least, our customer support manager Shawna Harvey is so supportive and always available when needed.

Although I wouldn't consider this a downside, the fact that Infegy is sampled is something to keep in mind. Because of this, it might not always be the appropriate social listening tool to use in all instances.

Infegy Atlas helps us to look into more channels that are difficult for us to get mentions on, such as TikTok and Instagram. The LexisNexis integration also helps us with pulling full text which is great.

There's a ton of resources, but this time I needed Morgan's help figuring out why a StarScape query wasn't loading and she took the time to go through options making it super easy for me to duplicate on my end finding a solution to my query trouble. She did all of this without making me feel like an inconvenience or bad for not understanding which is SO appreciated!

The new StarScape feature is a little clunky and can be difficult to navigate, but there are a lot of resources to help through it.

It has strengthen many briefs by discovering and incorporating current topics of conversations and provide real examples while finding spaces for our clients to explore and possibly be in.

It is user-friendly and has many capabilities. It is easy to set up projects and queries and to make changes to them. The platform loads very fast. What I liked the most was that you do not need to connect FB,IG, Tiktok, Tw (X) accounts to get conversation from those social media networks and it brings data from those sites which is really useful when you need data from those social media networks. It has the discovery of influencers and demographic data that is helpful. The onboarding team and support are very efficient and helpful as well. We love Shawna, our CSM, she is so fast, thoughtful, and supportive!

There are some missing widgets that we would need to have in the dashboards in Atlas to have better visualizations of data, but we talked to them and they will develop it. Sometimes there are some glitches when making changes to the subqueries.

By getting data from all popular social media networks without connecting any token, getting influencers and data demographics. It helps us to get trends faster through clusters and understand the conversation that is happening. It loads data very fast which allow us to be productive and efficient.

It organizes the collected information in a way that makes it easy to quickly find what Im looking for.

Building out a query can be hard but Im still learning

We implemented Infegy for social listening. We've found it to be tremendously helpful in surfacing brand mentions, competitor insights, and conversations around topics. Once we learned how to use the filters and searches, Infegy has empowered us to improve our social insights. We now use the tool weekly. It's an essential part of our social offering.

Infegy does have limitations. It has difficulty crawling Facebook. While it can crawl LinkedIn for brand/page mentions, it's not intuitive.

Also, some of the metrics (e.g., Reach) are not useful.

It's so helpful to understand the sentiment of a product or topic and udnerstand the ins and outs of how it's viewed by real people in real time. It's easy to use, our rep Morgan is immensely helpful in tailoring our searches and ensuring we're not leaving any stone unturned!

I'd love to be able to do a quicker grab of sentiment, the word cloud is helpful but just a bit small to add quickly into a social listening slide and clients often remark how difficult it is to read.

It's solving the curiousity our clients have about how they stack up against competitors, what users are saying and helps us identify the hidden x for products, strategy or how we can fill a need consumers talk about.

I really like how easy it is to navigate the tool. I also love that if I have questions I can easily chat with the team and get great customer service.

I would love to see the information presented in many different ways beyond just the word cloud.

Understanding what is going on the industry so that I can make informed decisions.
