What do you like best about Indusface WAS?

The guidence given while clearing audit issues is awesome.

What do you dislike about Indusface WAS?

there is nothing which I dislike about the Indusface because I'm very happy with their support.

What problems is Indusface WAS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The product allows us to run continuous security assessments and be ready in case of security audits as we find vulnerabilities regularly and then patch them soon.

Scanner for websites and APIs and penetration testing

What do you like best about Indusface WAS?

It's a comprehensive scanner that helps in finding web and API vulnerabilities with auto scan .

What do you dislike about Indusface WAS?

Nothing as such ..Things have been fine with Indusface .

What problems is Indusface WAS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Apart from scanner , they also do manual pen testing with automated scans, hence giving us confidence that the entire site is thoroughly tested for security and we had great support from the expert during re-testing and helped us close the vulnerability sooner than expected . .

Good product that helps with identifying all vulnerabilities in detail along with remediation guidelines and no false positives (FPs)

What do you dislike about Indusface WAS?

Don't have much to say here, we are happy with the offering so far.

What problems is Indusface WAS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us with compliance, vendor/security audits to where we have to patch vulnerabilities and show a clean zero vulnerability report to the auditors.

An excellent vendor for Penetration Testing Requirements

What do you like best about Indusface WAS?

The tool and pen testing we got done with from them helped us with our security accreditation and audit processes.

Not something of which I can think at the moment. The tool and team have been helpful.

A Very Good PTaaS Platform with CI-CD integration

What do you like best about Indusface WAS?

What I like about the WAS platform is that it combines EASM + PTaaS and provides Risk based Vulnerability scoring for all the vulnerabilities.

What do you dislike about Indusface WAS?

The product's main impact is whether it performs scanning properly and shows the information. It does things well on that front, so I have no complaints.

What problems is Indusface WAS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves some major pain points, such as reducing the problem of alert fatigue or even shadow IT, as well as things like false positives and compliance.

Managing multiple vulnerabilities across multiple sites has become really effortless, as the AI and risk-based analysis gives us a list of top vulnerabilities to focus on to protect our business.

Scans and compliance reporting Indusface WAS Review

What do you like best about Indusface WAS?

We opted for both manual VAPT and automated WAS Scan. CERT-In empaneled Indusface platform was quite accomodative to provide custom solution based on our use case.

What do you dislike about Indusface WAS?

We had two applications reviewed and scanned by the Indusface platform: a frontend and a backend application. After providing complete KT to the Indusface Team, they quickly configured their systems to setup the scans.

Recommendations to others considering Indusface WAS?

What problems is Indusface WAS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manual Scan (VAPT): Indusface team thoroughly tested out all the APIs and provided their observations within 2 weeks. Team provided support in fixing the observations as well. Overall within 3-4 weeks, we were given the self-host certificate and VAPT report.

The scanner helps in performing deep-dive security scans for our sites and provides us with comprehensive reports of vulnerabilities.

The automated scanner of Indusface WAS API covers OWASP API top 10 vulnerabilities and the manual pen testing helps to cover the vulnerabilities in applicaiton level including business.

You can utilize the auto scan throught the year to regularaly scan your application through their portal either schedule it or manually running it.
