I love how easy it is to use. I love that you can communicate anonymously with those who have shared feedback or asked questions. I had a great experience with my demo that led my company to use Incogneato as our solution for an anonymous employee suggestion box. I'm sure we will continue to find new ways to use it. It's a great value as well and employees are loving it and using it often. Very easy to integrate, implement and roll out to the company. Customer support was able to answer all of my questions right away from the start.

To be honest, I haven't yet found a thing that we don't like. It's simple, easy and serves the exact purpose we wanted it to.

We wanted an anonymous employee suggestion box so that we could hear about issues that employees don't feel comfortable speaking up about. It's helping us get ahead of problems or issues we didn't know were there.

We own and run a small business with more than one owner and around fifteen employees. We're small enough that we all have a close relationship with owners and employees. As an owner I've always hated the power inbalance as I prefer to think that we're all working towards a common goal. However I understand that some employees may be reticent when it comes to giving their opinion. Using this helped us to more readily get honest and open feedback and our response to that feedback has in turn built more trust.

I don't have any negative things to say about using this. It's a fairly straightforward and simple tool and does exactly what you want it to do

It helps everyone in the company to feel safe being heard and when brainstorming ideas it allows the free flow of ideas without any fear of your idea not being good.

That it is truly anonymous. Our staff feels comfortable submitting their questions and concerns.

There aren't any downsides. Setup was easy and it is user friendly.

Staff was having some issues with things and no real place to voice those issues in a way they felt comfortable.

Incogneato allows us to communicate directly with employees while still allowing them to remain anonymous. We have found this to be extremely helpful, and employees are more likely to submit feedback knowing that we can help support them without revealing their identity.

I don't necessarily have any dislikes, the platform has been very user-friendly, and I currently don't have any complaints.

It is allowing employees to submit feedback anonymously on a platform outside of our office worksuite, as well as giving us the opportunity to communicate with employees in order to help resolve their concerns. In most cases, we have been able to resolve complaints without the need to ask the employee to reveal their identity.

It's a great tool to get the pulse of the organization

The dashboard feature needs to be improved a lot.

Incogneato helps in colleting the complete employee pulse in the organization which helps in taking high level business decision.

It's a fantastic platform for sharing thoughts and opinions on projects and Blue Sky requests. The anonymity allows me to express opinions that I might not feel comfortable sharing directly with leadership. Additionally, it's valuable to see what my co-workers are thinking and to learn which initiatives or ideas they consider most important.

In a small company setting, it may not be effective. The limited number of employees means that maintaining anonymity can be challenging, as people might recognize writing styles or topics often associated with certain individuals, making it easy to guess who submitted each comment. This can lead to biased voting behavior, where some employees may upvote or downvote comments based on their perceptions of the author rather than the content itself. Such behavior undermines the purpose of the feedback system, which is to foster open and honest communication. As a result, this could discourage some people from sharing their true opinions, thereby reducing the overall effectiveness and integrity of the platform.

One place for everyone to see other opinions and comment without repeating ideas.

This gives a excellent anonymous yet transparent process driven mechanism to get meaningful and quality inputs from your co-workers and people who are not able to express their view points on open platforms.

Nothing as such, the tool works really great and provides excellent interface.

This helps to get some critical process and team specific improvement ideas on table which normally We do not get using traditional methodologies.

It's easy to setup and easy to explain to employees.

The UI is not super slick, but I am not sure it needs to be.

Many of our staff have suggestions and questions that they would not be confident enough to ask without the option to do this anonymously. Easy to use.

Incogneato is really easy to set up and to use. It provides a pyschologically safe place for employees to ask questions or leave feedback that they may not have otherwise shared. We use it for "ask our CEO anything" and he addresses questions at our All-Hands. We also use it for anonymous feedback, and we also created a separate anonymous ethics hotline to continue upholding our culture and values as a company. It provides transparent thoughts so we also better understand the lives of our employees.

There honestly isn't anything I dislike!

We receive feedback from employees that we otherwise wouldn't hear as it's a safe place that they know will be read and taken seriously. It's providing us more transparency into our employee's experiences so we can quickly improve a situation that might be occuring, and it also provides healthy content to be shared at our company all-hands when our CEO addresses a question that gets submitted.
