Import2 is a fantastic tool for any small business changing CRM's
What do you like best about Import2?
The field mapping is incredibly intuitive. Makes importing from about anywhere fast & simple.
What do you dislike about Import2?
I wish there was a one-stop-shop to import multiple objects.
What problems is Import2 solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me loads of time importing contacts from one CRM to another. Working with multiple businesses, I can't imagine how much time they're saving me from manually working through this.

What do you like best about Import2?
Their customer service and easy/accuracy of data migration was phenomenal.
What do you dislike about Import2?
Everything was really smooth, and there wasn't actually anything I disliked to be honest. I was a bit daunted on price, but honestly it was so worth it to have the freedom and ease.
Recommendations to others considering Import2?
Call them, they're great! It works just as advertised. Highly recommend 🙂

I wish we found them earlier in the process converting to Salesforce
What do you like best about Import2?
The team was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. It was very easy for me as well. We managed to import over 300,000 tickets without too much trouble. It also included migration of attachments and audit history, which I wasn't expecting, so now when we look up tickets in Salesforce, we can see the date of the original email from 5 years ago.
What do you dislike about Import2?
The actual export and import took longer than I expected due to the large volume of data transferred. We did the migration in the 11th hour when were just about finished with our implementation of Salesforce. So I had to jump through hoops to clean up data after I already cleaned most of our data.
Recommendations to others considering Import2?
Reach out to them and try them. They offer a free test and free consulting. I also recommend doing this early in your process. We found them in the 11th hour when we were pretty much done with our migration and that caused a few extra headaches. But I'm still really happy with them.
What problems is Import2 solving and how is that benefiting you?
We migrated from Zendesk to Salesforce and this tool exported all data from Zendesk and sent to Salesforce.

General a good service, but have had big issues
What do you like best about Import2?
They can map and import records that are traditionally hard to migrate like emails, notes, and activities. They can import a lot of records and Pipedrive pays for up to 100,000 records for migrating to their CRM.
What do you dislike about Import2?
As an admin for multiple CRM accounts, Import2 has been helpful in particular areas, but in my last import with them we had multiple problems that I feel shouldnt have come up. My import was completed then automatically reverted by them. Then, their support was painfully slow in helping me fix the issue. It's been a big headache.
What problems is Import2 solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes migrating from one CRM to another more manageable, especially when the old CRM has a lot of data in it. Its ability to migrate emails is a great feature.
