The suite mainly helps sort out the volume to the required headcount ratio and the projection of possible shrinkage is even cooler, so this really puts workforce management to an other level

And would love if this can be linked to a 3rd party customer interaction applications.
This is the go to application to manage and analyse business work force and manpower requirement.

I value the user interfaces simplicity, which makes comprehension and navigating simple. Together with the fixed problems, the improved Chrome compatibility is remarkable. It is a clever touch to include animations to show the status of the work.
It takes a lot of work to browse and find key elements on the UI because it looks archaic and isnt user-friendly. The systems reporting capabilities are also lacking, with few customization choices and limited option sets

I wanted the UI part to be more easier to look and easily understandable as it can be confusing for someone who is new to the tool.

I did not like that some of the previous versions of verint was not compatible with chrome for some modules like WFM especially. I have noticed a little bugs.
The speech analytics module in impact 360 is a very good tool that transcribes the calls as well as analyse them and segregate the call whether it is an angry or happy customer and provide insights of a call.
It helps us staff the agents in a particular shifts. It also facilitate us record agent audio which can be used to improve the quality of the service
It's great since you get to visualize the data in a way that makes sense, that way is much easier to make decisions and chances according to client/volume needs.
Sometimes it can be a little to crowded and it's hard to find the right tools needed to process data or reports, and it can take a little bit to get use to, aside from that it's great.
Finding the best and most optimized schedules to work for the clients requirements, also provides the ease of pulling data from integrated phones systems, so it makes it much easier to process the data.
I enjoy the different functions. I love the ribbons so we can select up or lose the hrs we want or do not desire. I like the scorecard attribute to see just how my efficiency is. I actually like the swap board. Whatever is very easy to utilize.
One thing I do not like is that when we trade a change or make another adjustment, after that the system will not let me add more hrs as soon as I've let some go. It might not be the software program it might be exactly how it is set up, I'm unsure. Yet, that is the only issue I have with it.
I such as being able to see my schedule in a chart and utilize the bows to select up or drop hours. The swap change page is extremely simple to utilize and I such as being able to see then shift trades by day as well as time.

I like its easy-to-use interface because its design is very simple to understand in terms of UI UX and on the dashboard itself we will have all the important data available which really saves our time to visit the important sections.
There is no exact thing which I dislike in this application but I have a few things in my mind which can be improved and the first point is its reporting section, I think we can add a few more predefined reporting in it.
We are using this to solve many of our problems and one is to track employee performance for that we can give iterative feedback and we can see the progress also which will really help in employee growth.

The user interface looks slightly outdated. The application in itself functions well but the viaual component can use some work. Additonally, I would like for the application to have more ways to display the data.
Analyze employee desktop activity so that we can optimize producitivty and capactity, improve process and help ensure compliancy. We have been able to ensure employees are following thier schedules and act accordingly if permitted.
