I like iceScrum a lot because I can be very original by customizing my overall project management. In addition, to this I consider that I do a good job in terms of timelines, when managing my clients' products without news negatives. I do not like that the software is lacking in terms of information on the web, it is very little known and this has played against some users because there is not such precise information about the product.
