The flexibility to add your own unique buttons and the automatic button of filler that ICA offers are fantastic and wondering for me.

It takes time to get used to and traverse all the displays and options, which might be annoying. I suppose not for me, but its a major problem for everyone

We dont need a different programme for that because we are billing through this system in addition to keeping track of our clients.

Significant changes have just been made to ICANotes, adopting a more modern appearance. The new interface required some getting used to for users, but that has now changed.

Moving around the platform appears to be a difficult and time-consuming task despite the excellent guidance and training offered by ICANotes.

ICANotes provides an efficient way to streamline patient notes, making recordkeeping a simple procedure. Our company can now handle and retrieve patient records efficiently thanks to ICANotes, which saves time and significantly increases production.

Program is easy to use, clicking buttons to generate note content. Training and Support are included, so help is readily available, if needed.

Looks a little dated, but there have already been some massive renovations to the look of the system that tell me the program is going in a more modern direction.

If you need some extra hand-holding or advice on proficiency related to notes, this is the program for you. The support and training are phenomenal (and inclusive)!

The problems I'm solving are more related to those clinicians who procrastinate doing their notes. With the buttons, it's really easy to click and type in just a little. What was taking them 3-4 hours to complete is now taking less than an hour. The morale of the practice has drastically improved now that notes are one less thing the staff and clinicians have to worry about.

I like that all of the categories for each client. It is very helpful when studying how to help them.

It can be rather difficult to get used to. Unfortunately I do not know how to control this.

I am working on how to diagnose the client and learning how to develop a treatment plan.

I enjoy that I am able to have a complete health record in one spot. The ability to upload documents is great and the format of the chart makes it easy to find what I need.

Reports could be a bit more detailed. Also, sometimes I need to request a report be created for what I need for my role. Can be a bit slow when a lot of people are logged on all at once.

We are not only keeping track of our clients using this system but we are also billing through it, so we do not need a separate program for that. This has saved us time and money.

It's easy to use. You dont even have to type a whole note as the service provides stored answers that u can select.

I cant really think of anything I dislike about the software

Every user of the company on this platform can review patient care notes written by others.

I love that notes are made easy with the option to click buttons generated by ICA with common interventions, common client responses, symptoms etc. I also love that you are able to go in and create your own buttons for these things, as well as a heading for your notes. This is especially helpful as a school-based therapist who sees clients in several different location.

The interface appears very old, and took a significant amount of time to adjust to when switching over to ICANotes. I have adjusted and understand how it works now, but it was difficult initially. I wish there were updates to make it more modern and user-friendly.

Paperwork is one small portion of our job—the dreaded part. When I sit down to document my sessions using ICA, it is a time saver in many areas. I love the auto-fill buttons that ICA provides, and also the capability to add your own custom buttons.

Not very easy to use. There are too many screens to navigate when completing notes. I feel that it takes longer to complete notes on.
