I like how well this has run for us thus far and how it contributes to our facility.

What do you dislike about HUMHEALTH?

Nothing at this point in time, we have not had any issues.

Definitely use it!!

What problems is HUMHEALTH solving and how is that benefiting you?

Billing concerns with Medicare patients which can be quite the headache. HUMHEALTH makes this so much easier.

This is a fake company

This is a fake company. They are located out of the country. They are not experienced. They have license copyright issues and are always worried that they will get noticed and caught. They are not professionals and have attitude issues. They are non compliant. Stay away completely from this company. Their staff are liars. If you participate, they can block you from the service and you lose all your data at any moment. There is poor customer service and they don't even answer your calls and never respond to your emails.

Excellent chronic care management app

Excellent software for chronic care management. Billing concerns with Medicare patients which can be quite the headache. HUMHEALTH makes this so much easier. I found it easy to use and accessible anywhere. Makes non face to face interaction easy.
