The best part of the solution is that it's FREE on HP computers. The 2nd best part is that it's one of the only solutions that has full framerate playback when using video editing tools, with Stereo audio in sync. We have converted Mac computers to windows, and paid for this solution to get people back to work in remote environments throughout the pandemic.

There really is no down-side. This is best in class.

why would you pay more fore half-ass solutions?

Multiple editorial stations controlled with dual UI monitors- We have deployed HUNDREDS of these to very good results. Allowing television, film and other video content producers to continue to function and meet their deadlines.

I like how easy this program makes it for me to do the tasks I am working on. The basics of the program are simply amazing.

I don’t see much that I dislike. I think maybe the logo could use a fresher look, other than that the program is well!

I feel like they should make it seem less of a work else where and more of a share here and there program.

Good options like auto resize to primary screen resolution. Easy shortcuts and icons to help with disconnect, reconnect, resize, ect. Able to share connection to collaborate with others.

I wish there was a little bitter way to look up or build a directory of computers commonly connected, Also would be nice when collaborating to be able to easily share a computer name to others for easier and faster way to connect

Able to carry a small light laptop but still access remotely a heavy high powered machine

The fact that you can choose to lower the quality in order to get a higher frame rate per second.

The quality of the connection

The login phase can be a bit tricky sometimes (need to remember a set of IP / usernames)

Showing on a large videowall virtual reality applications and connecting remotely to workstations in order to do some troubleshooting.
