I can also calculate the magnitude score which is fantastic. Also having the ability to view detailed metrics on line and also filter data to give me an exact view of my brand positioning.

User interface can be a little clunky! May need a bit of an update to feel more fresh and cleaner.

Definitely worth the look if you want to see how your brand is performing in the global market place. The use of Social Media Monitoring tools is so powerful!
