What do you like best about Hornet.Email?

The ATP feature with URL re-writing has reduced clients logging calls for clicking on suspicious links from 3-4 a day to maybe 1 or 2 a month. Fraud emails have been reduced with a combination of SPF checking and a targeted fraud prevention feature.

What do you dislike about Hornet.Email?

Creating a white labelled spam report can be difficult if you don't know HTML.

Recommendations to others considering Hornet.Email?

If you are already using the anti-spam service then adding the ATP features is essential to reduce fraud and harmful links that AV scanners cannot detect.

What problems is Hornet.Email solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before the URL re-writing feature was enabled we were getting bombarded with support calls with clients clicking on scam links or links containing a virus. Now these links are scanned within a sandbox environment and has nearly stopped these issues completely.

What do you like best about Hornet.Email?

It works. It is very good at minimizing and reducing spam messages.

What do you dislike about Hornet.Email?

The setup is a little complicated. Support is "aloof"...meaning that if there is a technical issue, it is best to handle it via email vs. on the phone, which can be annoying.

There has been some issue migrating from previous provider then I found another provider

What do you like best about Hornet.Email?

.It's a good engine for scanning and it makes good material to sell the solution

Issue migrating from ZeroSpam when they bought out

There is plenty of company jumping into it, I would recommend using a company that use API instead of mx records
