The look and fee of the platform is new and fresh and easy to use as a user and admin.

Hivebrite is helping TESOL solve the problem of accessibility. Our members have a community where they can connect with other members worldwide and find useful resources they wouldn't have access to otherwise.
Hivebrite is easy to handle and comes with a lot of functions. The service is excellent as we always get inmediate help as soon, as we have questions or other issues. But what i particularly appreciate is that hivebrite keeps on improving their tool all the time listening to customers needs and launching improvements regulary.
In some functions I would like to see more options for customization.
We wanted to build up a community from all the contacts we have collected within the last ten years. We wanted to connect women to share business knowledge and experiences.
I like that we have a CSM assigned to us that is vested in our success. The support team is very timely in their responses as well. The product team has requesed time with me a few times to discover our pain points and how they could improve our experience in future developments. The platform is pretty easy to use and they have a knowledge base to provide more information on the features.
Data analytics in the form of dashboards on all of our data to be able to spot trends and make better business decisions.

I enjoy having a team focused on the tecnhical side of building our Community, so that our team can focus on building contenta and value. We went with Hivebrite in order to get a variety of features in one package including an app, social media-like networking, etc, without having to custom build ourselves.
I've also enjoyed the our support team in trouble shooting, brainstorming solutions, and sharing best practice (shoutout to Fatimeh and Jake) as well as the community of Hivebrite creators for idea and resource sharing.
I'm hoping to see better native analytics and tracking to inform us on what resources are being best consumed by our members, interactions and completion of courses and resources, gamification from these activities to encourage engagement. Additionally, I'd like to see options tailored to a corporate or group subscription, including those analytics for a company for example and company administrator.
We previously had a custom-built platform that was constantly taking our time, attention, and dollars to update and maintain. We were excited to have one place to go to keep our platform updated and in check, without spending our time on all the technical deveopment.

Hivebrite has allowed engagement, collaboration and communication on a global forum. As the community manager I have been provided with amazing continuous support wtih everyone of my questions being answered within hours or days.
I like that you can customise the platform to suit your own needs and make changes as your community and their needs grow. New updates from Hivebrite are always coming through and this continuously improves the platform and makes it engaging for the members.
I still find the forums a bit clunky
I wish there was a way to have events readvertised at certain times in livefeed (automically)
It would be great to be able to upload a video to the mentoring profiles so mentors could describe themselves through a video.

Building an online network with an app is expensive and tough. I’m fortunate to have been pointed to Hivebrite! Getting my MVP up and running was quick, easy, and way cheaper than building the software with developers. The customer service and management are exceptional. I feel like they are a part of my company in supporting the growth of my community. I had always thought I’d build my own software after the network was established. But with all the great enhancements that Hivebrite continues to come out with, I’m staying with them!
My biggest complaint falls more on the user experience side, but it directed more towards the actual member. People complain of having to go to multiple medias (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn). RPhAlly is just one more place to go. I actually had a member tell me how awesome RPhAlly is but still going to go to LinkedIn because that is where most of her contacts are!
The pharmacy industry is siloed and scattered. The professionals are pinned down by ginormous corporations and the professional associations have not been able to unify the profession. Hivebrite gave me a great way to start building a community where we can all come together.

Hivebrite makes it extremely easy for our alumni to connect with one another as well as connecting back to our school. The intuitive interface is easy to use and very impactful. Using Hivebrite has also had a tremendous impact on our alumni engagement team. Like many alumni offices we have a small team and somewhat limited resources and using a tool like Hive Brite saves us time and lets us do more even though our resources are limited. The service and support team are truly partners with us and they've worked very hard to understand our team our business and how our school operates. They've been tremendous to work with and I highly recommend the product the service and their team.
Like any new software there was definitely a learning curve.
Hive bright helps us put all our alumni resources in one place and has somewhat become a one-stop shop for our alumni network which is extremely beneficial for individual alumni and also for our internal team as well.
