HireEZ is such an excellent tool I have never seen before. Easy to use, very comfortable to log in, and easy to find official and personal email ids and phone numbers. Easy to source also.
Some times the contact details show incorrectly. Some of the profiles only show phone numbers or email IDs. Other than that, there are no disadvantages to that tool.
Very easy to use, Quickly source the candidates. and the contact details are 100% Perfect, so easy to place the candidate very quickly. Most comfortable tool to log in and access.

The tool itself is easy to use and provides fantastic results. The customer success team is dedicated to our adoption of the tool, open to feedback for improvements, and constantly rolling out their own improvements.
I have not heard any complaints from the team.
Providing one interface to source talent from across the internet, not just from LinkedIn. Provides an easy interface to enter criteria for the search. Also provides diversity filtering to enable ability to identify talent that fits the skill needs but also any diversity you are seeking.

HireEZ has made sourcing so much more efficient with the ability to add candidates to sequences. Once I build out a sequence, I know there is an automatic follow up message going to be sent out. You can also include a calendar link in the email making it super easy for calendar to book directly on my calendar.
The sourcing filters are also great - a lot more than what you can do on LinkedIn (Diversity sourcing filters, industry sourcing filtiers like "Cloud Services" or "Blockchain")
Love the integration with chrome & lever as well - makes it SO easy to import canidates into our ATS.
While I love the concept, the "Estimated market value" that shows what candidates compensation expectations might be is off a bit from market. It might be helpful to show a range of compensation targets for someone in the Austin Area (ie. account executives with this much experience in Austin are generally between X and Y)
I've been able to fill up the pipeline much faster with diverse and qualified candidates. My sourcing work flow is also super effieicnt since I'm able to add candidates to a sequence with automated follows ups.
I solely use HireEZ to gain contact info for candidates I wish to engage with. After identifying a profile fit on LinkedIn, I am able to gain access to personal emails through HireEZ. There are several other CRM's I use however I find HireEZ always has the contact info I am looking for when the other CRMs fall short
I don't think I use it to it's full capability. But it works well for what I do use it for, so no complaints as of yet!

The UI is so intuitive I haven't needed to contact customer support in the years that I've been using the system, but I recently needed to resolve an account issue. Gladys was incredibly responsive, speedy, caring, and solved my problem. Additionally, the features in the system are great. And the search results differ from LinkedIn's, so I don't feel like I'm paying for duplicate systems.
Nothing that I can think of. It's not something I dislike, but it would be great if there was a built-in integration with Recruitee (our ATS).
Generating a pool of candidates that (on digital paper) meet search criteria, and contacting them via drip campaigns
The ease of use and the dashboarding information is great but the absolute best part is the ability to send emails as sequences that automatically stop sending once a candidate responds etc.
I wish that HireEz projects could link with LinkedIn projects better and send inmails more integrated somehow vs. having to export or open each individual linkedin profile (or in bulk) and then upload to a LinkedIn project because sometimes it misses candidates or creates duplicates etc. and takes forever
It is solving the need for additional focus on DEI sourcing and recruiting which is greatly beneficial as well as just general outreach avenues and contact information as well as different search algorithms and AI from LinkedIn Recruiter
