Helped to ease the hiring process HireSafe experience as a HR Generalist

What do you like best about HireSafe?

Easily customizable interface according to client requirements. It's a really easy and quick tool to enter in the new candidate information and get them processed. They have a pretty quick turn around and the user end features are easy to understand.

What do you dislike about HireSafe?

It does not have a drug test option linked to hiresafe. The cost of the product is on higher side for small companies.

Recommendations to others considering HireSafe?

I would highly recommend Hire Safe to any other HR working on onboarding

What problems is HireSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using hiresafe for background checks for new candidates. It is very easy and organized to refer to the past background check records.

What do you like best about HireSafe?

There is very little paperwork on my end, and HireSafe does all the work.

What do you dislike about HireSafe?

There are times it is more challenging to get a potential employee to check their email and respond to the request, especially if we are on a time crunch.

What problems is HireSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Avoiding hiring the wrong person, or heading off potential problems before hand.

The people that work there are always very helpful--especially Margot!

What do you dislike about HireSafe?

initial forms must be submitted via e-mail for potential new hires---we are a manufacturing facility---the employees we hire may not have e-mail addresses.

I do keep track with my own records, but the software also does it for you Great tool to get the people you need ready to work

I wish they had a mobile app or a more mobile friendly website when viewing but I get for security purposes that might not be possible.

Recommendations to others considering HireSafe?

This is a really nice software tool. If you've been using another 3rd party background check processor and it's taking too long to process this could be a really good product to consider.

What problems is HireSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Processing a high amount of new candidate background checks. The software keeps it all organized so I don't necessarily have to keep track.

Great software

What do you like best about HireSafe?

I love the simplicity of the software. I’ve trued using similar software and it was not as simple or had as many features as I’d like.

What do you dislike about HireSafe?

I like the simplicity of the software and the fact that I’m able to find the information I need in just a few simple steps.

I like the fact that there is an easy to use interface and a very in depth help center.

It takes a while for the program to load so there is time wasted waiting for the program to search.

HR needs in one place- easy to use and track! It was nice being able to find anything and everything that we needed- right at our fingertips! HireRight has some great tools for you to utilize !

What do you like best about HireSafe?

HireRight's onboarding is pretty fantastic, not to mention that it was a great platform to do the background checks- fast and efficiently!

What do you dislike about HireSafe?

It was pretty expensive when we used it in the past. If it wasn't for the cost- we would have probably kept using it. I know the HR team really liked it- but cost really didn't make it the best option for us to keep.

Recommendations to others considering HireSafe?

I think it has a pretty seemless Background Check process- one of their best qualities! I think it has alot of very seemless and easy-to-use qualities that make it such a good platform to have at a company.

We have had some Accounting issues that have been time consuming, but overall things have been good.
