Our solution is a web platform for after-sales management. One of our clients has over 100 users. We constantly received tickets or complaints from users that were actually related to either not knowing how to use the product properly or not taking the time to understand it.

There are not so many customisation features speaking about design but it can be fixed with the help of vendor.
