The best thing about Hibu is that its team is very supportive and helpful. It helps in managing the campaigns and guides us through the whole process of setting up and getting more leads.

There is nothing negative about the product as I have seen it. The only concern that I feel is there can be a little improvement in UX/UI that will surely be helpful for many users.

It can cover more and more social media platforms and integration with other tools like copy.ai will help it enhance in regard to campaigns.

I have been running different social media pages and have to manage ads and campaigns on different platforms, however Hibu has been helpful in managing all those in single place. It has been really a much-needed solution in the market.

The limit of 10 products to be sold online is what seems like a downside to using Hibu, making it not the best choice for online stores. Apart from this, I am 100% satisfied.

I like that they helped communicate with Google to get our listing that has been in google for years, up closer to the too of the page and help us with reviews. Beats all competition.

I just didn't like that if you don't keep making payments to them and continue contract, they can take your website and everything built before them. I would like to see that change.

Staff is soft spokan. Nothing that I like. It's suitable only for one thing "Low price" for some of the services

Customer services. Nobody calls you after promising to find the issue and fix it. Problems were fixed after about 3 months. It took me to call and send many emails to fix the errors. They always wait till end of the contract to fix errors

Be very careful and ask everything. Do not choose Hibu just from sales pitch and false promises of sales oersons.

They build websites a little well. No other services were working as required work. More particularly Assistant program.

That I no longer deal with them at all for any of our needs

They promise but don't deliver on their promises.. never did complete the website to our satisfaction, the website hibu built didn't even have the same functionality as our previous site we built ourselves with templates from our internet provider

RUN!!! don't walk, run away!! Hibu does not deliver on their promises and refused to make things right.
