Hi5 is such a positive platform. It improves the overall working environment and creates great relationships with people. Essentially it feels good and productivity certainly has increased as everyone wants to play a part in the bigger picture for the company.

That you are limited to wishing people on their birthdays after your 5 have been reached.

Jono and Sharné are absolute superstars when it comes to fulfilling the support function. They are quick to respond and solve any issues at the earliest.

It improves relations with the organisation.

It not always possible to let an entire organization know about individual achievements. Hi5 is a great platform to point out the minute individual contribution of team members. and help in uplifting their motivation.

There is no reason that I have personally encountered that would make me dislike Hi5.

To motivate the team and ensuring that each of their little achievement is correctly recognized and they are made aware of how much their achievement have contributed to the overall growth.

It is an excellent application for the interaction and communication of the employees of a company, allows to know their abilities, skills, hobbies and customs. Something that does not happen very often, with this application it is possible to know and recognize each other and can openly express what they like or dislike about each of their co-workers. Hi5 helps managers obtain detailed information about the team culture in a control panel. Team members use a fun application to give feedback and recognition to their peers. Excellent platform.

It is an application that is full of many errors although they are constantly working on news and improvements to make the application work in the best possible way. And the customer service is excellent. For the rest nothing to complain about a good application within all its limitations

My colleagues are more open to express their gratitude to the other members of the working group. For most people, this is somewhat awkward or difficult (God knows why) and this application allows everyone to appreciate and recognize the work we do and, especially, when we help each other.

If you have problems for social interaction and recognition and evaluation of people, this application is an excellent tool to end each of these problems. Any participant in the work group can join hi5 and praise any partner at any given time. Create a pleasant and familiar environment among employees.

The app has really allowed the fun side of my colleagues to be explored a bit. It also allows for people to easily recognise and acknowledge each other, Truth be told this does not happen often and a simple comment on this platform can truly open up your mind to how people actually do appreciate the things which you/they do, they may just not have a platform to openly express it. This is that platform :) amazing!

The app can be buggy at times but constant work is being put in and the customer support and service is great!

If you struggle with appraisal and acknowledging people, this app is a great platform to break those barriers. Anyone can hi5/praise anyone else at any given time, regardless of what it is. It creates a nice spirit among teams as those who previously worked in silos, are now interacting with each other.
