My genuine review about helpSite
What do you like best about HelpSite?
The customer service is great. It's a great tool for building an easy FAQ site for our customers as well as it's very convenient to maintain and organized. So overall my experience with helpSite is positive.
What do you dislike about HelpSite?
I don't have such issue with this tool but I feel it's text editor can be more better as it is used by tech and non tech both so it should be convenient for both equally and sometimes it's quite slow while making changes.
What problems is HelpSite solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it as an FAQ which makes easy for our clients user to find or access required information and because of it's simple interface helps our user to understand it conviently.

What do you like best about HelpSite?
HelpSite allows me to personalize and format my knowledge base how I want it. The interface is also straightforward.
What do you dislike about HelpSite?
The customization options have limitations making it challenging to tailor the site according to our requirements.
What problems is HelpSite solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelpSite.io reliable and robust platform has improved our customer support process. The self service knowledge base has reduced ticket volume.

Finally a KB software provider whose business model fits the need of multiple KBs creation!
What do you like best about HelpSite?
Helpsite is one of the only KB providers whose business model allows to create of multiple KB websites when most KB providers provide one customer-facing support website. The ease of customizing every KB page was also highly appreciated. HelpSite is also user-friendly, with a relatively flat user interface.
What do you dislike about HelpSite?
The layout customization & text editing features could be improved:

1. include error/warning/success boxes, which are very important in tutorial-related documentation. 2. embed an image-editing tool within HelpSite.

You can even use the free account and still have a support site while loading up all your content Super easy SaaS tool for generating tutorial-like sites

The ease of onboarding the tool, clear structure and categorizations, simplicity in layout yet attractive/modern feel,option for free usage until you are ready with all your content
What do you dislike about HelpSite?
Lack of ample customization options and advanced collaboration, custom html/css included in a fairly expensive option, custom roles and permissions package is very expensive too

Easy to use, fast results , great features, highly recommended
What do you like best about HelpSite?
Easy to use, user friendly. Able to add videos and easy to layout documentation. This allows for quick uploads. Also the pricing is great for all the features you get compared to other websites.
What do you dislike about HelpSite?
Nothing , i think its a great system. Maybe in the future, add bigger video file uploads.

budget friendly , easy to use. Especially if you are doing this yourself

Allows us to upload all or training documentation to one site. This allows our staff to have a place to search everything without using multiple sites.

Keep it simple stupid!
What do you like best about HelpSite?
After trying several software for a knowledge base, we found Helpsite. Their product is easy to use for both admin and user. Besides that, their functionality is right on point.
What do you dislike about HelpSite?
If there would be a dislike, it would be that the main logo links to our own website instead of to the knowledge base. For me this is a con, for others a pro.
What problems is HelpSite solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives the users of my software an easy to use knowledge base.

HelpSite serves all the purpose!
What do you like best about HelpSite?
We are a small outsourcing company and we have no enough IT Talents to help us build a good knowledge base portal or some sort of a company Wiki. Thanks to HelpSite, we don't need an IT guy to do the coding for us. HelpSite.com provides the kind of features that just simple need. What I like the best is their search for keywords function as well as able to read all types of document downloads from PDF, to Jpeg, to photos, excel and a lot more! I don't need to rewrite a prewritten document because of this.
What do you dislike about HelpSite?
Not that I dislike, but since we are small-medium in size, we wanted to have unlimited articles to publish however, budget did not match. It may happen to other SMEs like us too. But they are able to rectify this. :-)
Recommendations to others considering HelpSite?
I'd likely to recommend this to companies out there regardless of size, SMEs specially.
What problems is HelpSite solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating Knowledge Base with good search function and categorizing the articles are both a brilliant design from the operations perspective. It made our work easier and we don't need to worry anymore on how to bank our process updates.

What do you like best about HelpSite?
The WYSYWIG editor is our favourite. We prefer to see what we're going to get, before we post.
What do you dislike about HelpSite?
There isn't much at all that we dislike about Helpsite.io

Use HelpSite.io if you want a great looking helpdesk. P.s. It starts off as FREE for the first 25 articles! That means smaller starting out business' don't need to pay up front. Excellent!
What problems is HelpSite solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've really been able to succeed in creating quick knowledgebase articles on our software, and including images is really easy in comparison to some other helpdesks. We have been able to spend less time creating support articles, and more time focussing on providing actual support. HelpSite.
