Extremely Responsive Team and a Smooth, Budget-Friendly Migration
What do you like best about Help Desk Migration Services?
Help Desk Migration was extremely responsive throughout our migration from Teamwork Desk to Help Scout. Their team answered questions quickly, provided clear guidance, and was always friendly. As a nonprofit organization, we especially appreciated their willingness to quote multiple times as we scaled the service to fit our needs and budget. The pricing was reasonable, and the migration process was smooth.
What do you dislike about Help Desk Migration Services?
We didn't experience any significant issues during our migration project.
What problems is Help Desk Migration Services solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help Desk Migration allowed us to easily move users, customers, and tickets to Help Scout, and their "demo" (basically a test run) was simple to use before the full run. Because of other projects, I had to stop and start the process a couple of times, but their staff was really helpful getting me back on track. All told, the transfer of a year's worth of data happened overnight.

Free demo migrations help validate the product and very responsive support helps you make the most of it.
What do you dislike about Help Desk Migration Services?
There wasn't much bad - support response times on the weekend weren't as good as during the week but they resolved the issue we encountered.
What problems is Help Desk Migration Services solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were merging two helpdesks into one single platform. We could just have cut over and lost historical data from one of them but this gave us a quick and affordable way of migrating that all over and keeping the details that can be really useful.

They support a broad range of platforms. Their documentation for supported platforms is always up-to-date. Their technical support is excellent. Their pricing is very competitive for the service provided.

What do you like best about Help Desk Migration Services?
It is really easy to use the Help Desk Migration services. Creating the fields, the needed information is user friendly. After inserting Integration credentials, you just map everything between two platforms, then sit back and wait according to data load.
What do you dislike about Help Desk Migration Services?
The duration of the migration depends on the API limits set by your accounts on both platforms. If your limits are low or restricted to daily quotas, you may need to upgrade or pay additional fees to the platform you are currently using or plan to use. It's important to factor in the time required for the migration ahead of time.
What problems is Help Desk Migration Services solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it for Sales Force to Zendesk, Zoho to Zendesk.

Effortless Ticket Migration, No Issues at All
What do you like best about Help Desk Migration Services?
I appreciate how straightforward the setup process was with Help Desk Migration Services. Using a CSV file to upload my data was remarkably easy, which made the whole transition process smooth and hassle-free. I also found the ticket migration between Monday and Freshservice to be incredibly simple and efficient, requiring minimal time to complete. This product stands out for its user-friendly approach to data migration, enabling me to complete the task without any complications. Additionally, the experience was seamless enough that I would definitely choose to use Help Desk Migration Services again in the future without considering other vendors. I'm very satisfied and would certainly recommend it with a high score of 10 out of 10. I wouldn't change anything about the service.

Intercom over to Zendesk in a short amount of time making it so that the transition to Zendesk was smooth! Saved me so much time and was a huge relief!
What do you like best about Help Desk Migration Services?
Super simple to use and got the job done fast at a low/reasonable cost. I got expert help from Elvira Azymova during the process and she was amazing at helping me know what to do at each step and I was done within a short amount of time.

What do you like best about Help Desk Migration Services?
The team were helpful and responsive throughout the process and worked with me to get the migration to be exactly as I needed it. The tool itself is very straightforward to use and having unlimited tests made me really confident that it was going to work as I needed it.

When I did get to the migration, there had been some last minute changes requested on my end and it resulted in a pause on Saturday morning! Luckily I realised the issue and the team responded that day and resumed. Everything migrated as expected and we're happy!

If you aren't using specific Halo fields, you will need to pay for additional fields to be added. For the most part, I was able to use Rules within Halo to get around this, Source was the only real pain!
