Awesome product that helps move data from other systems to one place

What do you like best about HelloGuru?

It's easy to set up and helps us get all of our product data into one singular system - making reporting and conditional email campaigns simple to set up and run.

What do you dislike about HelloGuru?

I haven't found anything that I dislike yet. The team has been super helpful when I have questions, very responsive and they're also making product enhancements every day.

What problems is HelloGuru solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main benefit of HelloGuru for us is being able to take advantage of our product data in HubSpot and have a single source of truth. Setting up the connections is quite easy and can be done without writing a line of code.

Great product, team and support

What do you like best about HelloGuru?

Helloguru bridges the gap between disparate data sources that we couldnt keep synced. Having all our data in one place brought peace of mind but the best part of the product is how quick it is to get started and connect sources.

What do you dislike about HelloGuru?

The UI is powerful but takes some getting used to (e.g. small icons).

What problems is HelloGuru solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to query data easily with minimal technical ability, identify and track KPIs, and create customer segments that we push into our sales and marketing tools.

Great solution created by a superb team

What do you like best about HelloGuru?

HelloGuru has enabled our marketing team to take advantage of our customer data and create custom audiences in our different marketing tools. With HelloGuru, we can build segmented lists from our data warehouse and sync it to these tools to create conversion and retention campaigns.

What do you dislike about HelloGuru?

A very minor downside has been that the several connections that we will be using are still under development, but the team is shipping them very fast.

What problems is HelloGuru solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hello Guru is helping us break the dependency on our tech team when it comes to integrating various data ecosystems while allowing our product and marketing teams to query different databases with 0 code.
