What a joke of a trust pilot score. Headspace is great

I have dipped in and out of this app many times, over the years. It has helped my mental health so much.
I always keep an eye on renewal dates, and cancel in advance - you still get to use the app until the renewal date, even if you’ve cancelled in advance. Unlike the negative reviewers, I’ve never had any issue with cancelling. I subscribe via apple, and I always cancel annual renewals as soon as I’ve signed up. That way I have to make a conscious decision about signing up for another year, when I get the reminder emails.

I love Andy and what he does. Onboarded in meditations few years ago from his Netflix series, 3 years subscriber already.

I have used this app since 2021. There was a while that I didn’t use it, then picked it back up again a while back. I see many have issues with the subscription. I did have an issue back in 2023, they were responsive and corrected the issue but that was back in 2023. It should be noted that I continually have issues w/ 99% of most all other subscriptions I have, so it is what it is, I’m sure I’m not alone here. I always make certain to check NO automatic renewal. This cannot be done from your phone. I also always cancel and get new credit cards yearly so that no online subscription (renewal or no renewal) can pull from my account. It’s extra work yes, but in the 2025 climate worth the security. That said, I do really like this app. I like the daily “sets” that I can play or skip. I also really like the AI Ebb for daily journaling. I can write, it summarizes my thoughts and archives it; very nice feature.
I do wish they had more sleep time stories. The narrator, Simon of “Slow Train” is apparently a fan fav. that is what originally got me to sign on; as is “Rainy Day Antiques.” I wish they would get Simon to do more of them. I do hope they work to fix their issues because I do find value in their service. At $69/yr or $5.75/m last time I checked, it is for me at least, my preference over any cable TV subscription.

My favourite app ever. Use it for more than 3 years. It helps me whenever I am too nervous. I meditate with friends and family as well. Andy's voice is the voice that everything will be alright for me

This is a great company that's changed my life very positively. I'm so happy I found it, there may be other good meditation apps but I've been happy with Headspace. Also, their customer care has been great.

I used to have issues with sleep and generally being reactive and letting my feelings get the better of me, outside of the meditations there are focus sounds and music, including Hans Zimmerman and John Legend, daily messages of being grateful and tips on dealing with daily stress, and most importantly for me is the sleepcasts which are short stories that send me to sleep each night, including stories of cats that live in a marina and cozy cottages. Has honestly improved my life and ability to be more reflective.

A lot of these bad reviews are people that clearly don't understand how re-subscriptions work and that deleting an app doesn't equal cancelling a pay subscription... And quite honestly with the amount of new content being made each week, and all the big names and qualified people making exclusive content for the app I can see where the money goes

To try out headspace medtations and to close my eyes and do some deep breaths to help me

Maybe mums should suggest their kids try it out for themselfs and it makes you feel better
I want friends or family to try headspace medtation one day to see how relax they would feel afterwards

I am genuinely puzzled by the numerous poor reviews for Headspace because my personal experience has been overwhelmingly positive. This app has been a game-changer in my journey towards better mental well-being.
