I used to have issues with sleep and generally being reactive and letting my feelings get the better of me, outside of the meditations there are focus sounds and music, including Hans Zimmerman and John Legend, daily messages of being grateful and tips on dealing with daily stress, and most importantly for me is the sleepcasts which are short stories that send me to sleep each night, including stories of cats that live in a marina and cozy cottages. Has honestly improved my life and ability to be more reflective.

A lot of these bad reviews are people that clearly don't understand how re-subscriptions work and that deleting an app doesn't equal cancelling a pay subscription... And quite honestly with the amount of new content being made each week, and all the big names and qualified people making exclusive content for the app I can see where the money goes

To try out headspace medtations and to close my eyes and do some deep breaths to help me

I just want to say that more people try headspace
Maybe mums should suggest their kids try it out for themselfs and it makes you feel better
I want friends or family to try headspace medtation one day to see how relax they would feel afterwards

I feel like I shouldn't worry too much about things

Totally love this app and recommend it to most of my clients. Never heard anyone have a problem with the free version and if you have a student.

I’d like to thank Michelle I from customer support. I’ve been using head space for about 2 years with my army job. Unfortunately I have left that business and I’m now a veteran. I’ve noticed the other evening that my headspace wasn’t working but I’m no longer a part of the army. I’ve used headspace a lot to help my anxiety and to sleep better with background noise. I wrote to Headpsace and Michelle helped my problem very well and I’m happy with what she offered!

Headspace has changes my life. It's the best, simple, straightforward app that covers topics specifically for you. I've used this for years and now, so are my family members. I'd highly recommend it.

What amazing customer service!!! I emailed about an issue with a student subscription - I got a quick & detailed response with many troubleshooting tips to try, when this didn’t work I was asked for more information and again got a vet quick and informative response. In the end they gifted me 3 free months of a subscription for the inconveniences!! All round very friendly, helpful, committed and kind :)

I love headspace, lucky to get 12 months for 9.99 as a student.
Andy's voice is very soothing and kids love Sesame Street: Monster Meditation.
The App UI and navigation could be better but overall its great :)

I've been using headspace for a couple years. The free version was recommended to me by my therapist.They have options for students, and people with lower income. The customer service staff is very kind, and understanding. I will be honest, quite a bit of the meditations sound very similar, but each session has its own blurb before the meditation. There's also ways to reflect on and track your anxieties and stressors. Many videos, activities and topics as well. I really recommend headspace
