What do you like best about TUNE?

It gives you a comprehensive report on what you really want to check on any campaigns you set in TUNE! It also save reports so it will be easier to access the month to month traffic and data flow and performance.

What do you dislike about TUNE?

Conversion, Fraud, Partner and Offer report is a bit the same function with only less difference. Is there any other way that we can merge this functions and name it as Campaign Report in general? I think it would best to merge them and add the other functions in one access only see 1 report instead of generating different reports and create many files? Your thoughts on this. please. Thank you.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Great team. They're good at what they do. Product is reliable. Company is trustworthy from the start.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

HasOffers doesn't seem to have a server in China. Therefore, system operations on our end won't run efficiently. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this would be resolved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Great scalability. Very reliable. Both of these are essential points in an advertising platform. The fact that we're operating on services in real-time is what makes this platform special for us.

User-friendly and very much straightforward.

PROS: I love the intuitiveness of the software. The platform offers seamless integration with other softwares. These include 24metrics, Fraud Shield, and AffiliTest. User-friendly.

CONS: There are some areas that are cumbersome to deal with. For example, if a publisher won't apply for an offer, you'll have to push push into the campaign card. Then you'll need to make a phsyical approval of them. It's challenging when a publisher wants to push more than one campaign or whenever a publisher settles to pushing a single campaign.

"Best Tracking Platform"

What do you like best?

I like the UI & the UX of the program. The best thing i like about it is its enormous features that enable successful campaigns, mostly tracking online campaigns and conversions for both web & mobile. This tool is mind-blowing and their support team is super active.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the fact that Postbacks to affiliates are only fired on approved conversions yet we as a network, its best to have conversions pending and fired to publishers in real time. No need to wait for approval status to be changed since advertisers may take 3weeks to 2months to approve conversions

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We as Arabclicks Network, we have managed to get from small to big grounds because of the tracking capabilities Tune has. We have on loaded almost all GCC big online shops and tracking is amazing.

"Great tool"

What do you like best?

Tune tracking tool is very efficient, you can customise your reports to have the best vision of your performances. You can track directly your clicks and easily use pixels provided to track your conversions. You can add as many landing pages (URL) as you want, you can create as many partners as you want and you have a perfect overview of each partner results. The tool is powerful and very fast. I am using it for now more than 5 years in different companies and I never saw any bug on it. Tune offers the best price of the market as far as I know. The support is very good too.

What do you dislike?

The limit of 100 offers included in the price is the only small bad point I can see on Tune.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use Tune every single day to track all my campaigns. I could not work without it.

"The first* and the best"

What do you like best?

Its easy to use. Simple to create offers and ad links

What do you dislike?

Lately the new 'features' are a bit non-core. I think the key of an affiliate program should be provide the right assets to the affiliates and not much 'noise'

Is easy to track the performance of all our products and also to collab with other partners in an open way.

What do you like best?

We love the amount of features available on Tune and it’s industry leading uptime.

Also the built in fraud detection is a great help.

Access to account manager is great always on hand.

What do you dislike?

New features are hard to find at first, and not advertised straight away

all i can say is do it. Setup up Tune and you won’t regret it. its the best solution

I like the new implementation of the bar charts. It shows when we're losing/gaining right away.

I don't like not being able to hit the back button.

"Good experience with Tune"

What do you like best?

It's very intuitive and easy to use, the dashboard is clear and organised.

It used to go down some time ago but this has been improved.
