I like that messages can be sent securely and with read receipts.
I think there could be a better way to create message groups
I recommend this for secure hipaa compliant messaging
HIPAA compliant messaging
There is much better support for us admins on the Doc Halo app which is where I do all of my user setups and admin support for our company.
There isn't really much that I would say that I dislike about the app it is great.
Makes us be HIPAA compliant when talking about health care for our residents.
Secure messaging snd entire organization directory is there so very easy to share secure information and communicate
It does not allow copy and paste, sometime it is required
Timely Communication is a key to efficient medicine
There are many things. First off, you can immediately confirm who has read your messages and exactly when they read them.
The only thing that I don't like is that the messages drop off of the system and you cannot simply hide or store them.
We can send confidential messages with PHI, etc to multiple people, those people can comment or not, the messages can still be sent to others. Again, no one can state that they did not get the message. There is always positive proof right down to date and time.
No major changes that required additional training.
There is really nothing at all that that I dislike.
It's simple, fast and easy to use.
I own a mobile medicine business and halo makes it easy for my team to communicate quickly and remain complaint
Inability to upload pics already taken on a device
Hipaa complaint messaging and sharing of patient information. It benefits me because it's quicker than sending email
It was very easy to setup and it was very easy for users to understand how to use it.
It would be nice for separate institutions that purchase licenses to make one group in order for easier collaboration.
Very easy to use and setup. Users are able to understand and retrieve messages without issue.
Providers are able to easily text one another back and forth when it comes to emergency medical treatment without fear of violating HIPAA
It was the only method we had for collecting and reporting the data.
It would be nice to have all the data in one place.
It is serving as a database for vendor/contractor information.
It's easy to set up different groups to get information to quickly. The ability to set a different alert tone is key.
There truly is no downside to using the application.
Alerting numerous groups of time-sensitive information quickly, securely and easily.

Nothing at this moment, the software works, but I think the complaint has been that the messages clear up too soon.
