What do you like best about Guusto?

By complimenting co-workers, he or she can know about him/herself and motivated.

I try to find disadvantages for Guusto, but I can't.

I love guusto card beacause its an easy way to recongnize my employees

Thank I can recognize my employees individually. They know that I care and appreciate them .

It's hard to put emails in that aren't already associated with the account

The gift card was definitely a motivator! Easy to use!

What do you like best about Guusto?

I use Guusto to claim gifts from my employer. Easy to use and for the online gift cards, I can send them straight to my Google wallet

What do you dislike about Guusto?

The biggest downside is the lack of variety of gift card partners, but there are definitely many retailers that anyone can use.

It is always a nice surprise to get this additional recognition! Great way to recognize employees and colleagues either with a monetary value or a shout out!

.Easy to use and great selection of vendor partners to select gift cards from - something for everyone!

Love being able to give shout-outs to colleagues this way!

Recommendations to others considering Guusto?

Really nothing - but I do wish employees (non-management) were given a set amount to use throughout the year to recognize colleagues - is a great way to show your appreciation for them and the work they do! I believe this is possible, just not something my employer has opted to do

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gives leaders a tangible way to show their appreciation for their staff throughout the year and not just at bonus time - in addition to words of encouragement, getting a gift card is a great bonus!

A great way to show appreciation to your team

What do you like best about Guusto?

I love being able to share appreciation with my team including monetary value for those that go above and beyond. It encourages more sharing of those experiences.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

I just wish I had more funds to send to those on my team to show appreciation for all their hard work.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Guusto is solving the problem of not recognizing coworkers for all their hard work. This helps me find ways to show appreciation more often as well as receive appreciation from coworkers that normally wouldn't come my way.

Great way to reward staff

What do you like best about Guusto?

I like that you can pick from a wide selection of vendors to use the much-deserved gift cards provided to you. Not only can you use it for online shopping but for dining as well.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

I find it can be a bit tricky to send gifts to others, but overall, there is nothing that I dislike about Guusto. I'm still new to using it but so far so good. Nothing to complain about.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

This helps us staff get nice little rewards for all the hard work we put in. It's nice to have a little something to help motivate you at your job when you can use it on many different things.
