What do you like best about Gusto?I like that Gusto is super easy to use, with a user-friendly and simple, clean design that doesn't leave me feeling lost on the site. The user interface is just great, making it easy to log on and move around between the different screens. It’s really helpful because it takes less time to navigate, which improves my efficiency. I also found the initial setup to be pretty simple and quick, just clicking around the site to get familiar with it.What do you dislike about Gusto?I wish Gusto had a better notes section for when people are logging their time. Instead of just a paragraph, maybe some check boxes or something like that for tasks they do weekly. Maybe there's already something in there I'm not aware of. It would be super helpful if Gusto sent out quarterly tutorials or updates about the site.What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Gusto to view pay stubs and track my team's hours. It simplifies keeping track of time with an easy-to-use, user-friendly interface, which makes navigation quick.

What do you like best about Gusto?I like how Gusto is very streamlined and easy to manage for my business payroll and benefits compensation, making tasks like handling commission and time off much more manageable. The best part is the billing, which simplifies an often challenging process I experienced with traditional payroll companies. I appreciate Gusto's ease of use and user-friendly website. The customer service is wonderful, quickly resolving any issues we might have. The feature that allows me to send new employees a link or an email to input their own information, like bank account and tax information, is incredibly valuable because it reduces my workload and minimizes errors or typos. Managing payroll for multiple companies through a single login is pretty straightforward, and I love that about Gusto. The initial setup was pretty straightforward too, with Gusto able to import all the old employee information, requiring only minimal adjustments on my end.What do you dislike about Gusto?Not much to dislikeWhat problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Gusto for payroll, benefits compensation, and time off, and it streamlines these processes, making them easy to manage. What do you like best about Gusto?Gusto is extremely easy to use and learn, and it makes running multiple payrolls straightforward. The time clock function has the best user interface I’ve encountered. Excellent pricing for services provided.What do you dislike about Gusto?The help center is not very comprehensive, however, the online chat function that connects you with customer service mitigates most of that. Performance can run a bit slowly.What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?Gusto is solving previous issues with performing several separate payrolls, making onboarding much easier, and making employees with multiple job codes more streamlined.

What do you like best about Gusto?I like how simple the user interface is, and I appreciate how everything is pretty much in one place. The direct deposit feature is seamless, which is simple but great. The initial setup was very easy, and onboarding everyone was as simple as sending a link, which I really liked.What do you dislike about Gusto?Everything is pretty much good; however, I think you guys should focus on improving the mobile app and making it as sophisticated as the web-based version.What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?I find Gusto solves the annoyance of tracking hours and physically clocking into work.

The reminders are helpful, and I appreciate the support with payroll, which I couldn't figure out myself, along with the help with regulatory advice. Overall, it's just a great product. I appreciate its ease of use, along with the helpful payroll and tax advice.

What do you like best about Gusto?I like the transparency and ease of use with Gusto. It's really nice to know exactly when and what my paycheck will be, and when I'll get it. I can see all my benefits and how much is deducted each month, all in one place. It's a great experience as an employee and is so easy to use. I also appreciate the integration of benefits and being able to download my benefits sheet directly from Gusto. The initial setup was so easy, and I found the Stripe integration nice.What do you dislike about Gusto?I wish I could see my predicted paycheck amount a bit earlier. Maybe mine isn't available as early since I am new. I also think Gusto should tell employers to inform employees about Gusto earlier because I accidentally tried to add my payment information to a different portal—I didn't know Gusto was what my company used!What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?With Gusto, I know exactly when and what my paycheck will be and see my benefits in one place. Gusto's transparency and ease of use make it a great experience. I like downloading my benefits sheet straight from Gusto.
