The functionalities and reporting are awesome (compared to Kyriba). Helpdesk is also very supportive.

Reporting is difficult and cumbersome. Cash Forecasting still lacks many important integrations, but they are working on it.

What we use GTreasury for works well. We use a worksheet to project next-day transactions and then reconcile them with actuals. We also aggregate our BAI files and then export a file that is interfaced to our enterprise accounting system.

Sometimes there is slowdown. Other than that, nothing.

Good customer service, easy to communicate

Some bugs and enhancement

Reliable and helps with our cash flow forecasting much more so than bank reporting.

Transaction tagging could be more efficient and easier to do.

No major issues to note with G Treasury - The application does what we need it to, and it is reasonably user friendly in finding and running reports and hedge relationships. The G Treasury support team have been helpful when we have experienced any issues on occasion in investigating and attempting to resolve the problem to the best of their ability. G Treasury is better in my experience than other alternatives that are available to achieve what we need.

The system can sometimes be slow when processing large amounts of data and there have been issues copying certain reports into excel with the latest updates. though this is likely to be caused by our version of internet explorer rather than the G Treasury system.

Trial the software first

There is an inability for the G Treasury team to access historical data e.g. backups of the system older than a week or so, which would have been useful when we had a problem arise. As noted above, G Treasury is better in my experience than other alternatives that are available to achieve what we need.

I enjoyed how user friendly Gtreasury is. It's incredibly flexible, relatively easy to use, and pretty reliable.

Customer service wasn't amazing but just manageable. Formatting on some things were difficult to fix and a lot of the times just not easy on the eyes. It also can get laggy if too much is done with the software.

Protecting and managing company funds. It's helped with this management as it's relatively reliable and easy to operate aside from lags.

The customer support is amazing. and my colleagues love this program.

The website is very difficult to use. it is very difficult to discover.

The best of the best treasury systems and services. Affordable and accessible.

Gtreasury is far better than the other popular alternatives. The other options just do not have the quality of customer support that Treasury has.
