it's solving the issue of manual handling records and also provide a better solution for the Integration ERP System.

The best thing that I liked about Green Employee, or should I say more than one thing are its security features for one. Your password and username and other information such as social security are kept safe by it's requests when you login. It is highly recommended that your login and security info is saved. Another feature I like about this service is finding your employment information such as pay stubs through entering your store or department location, this makes the abillity to find your info easily. And finally you can access all of your tax information upon request. I almost forgot about customer service experience. There is a contact number that you can call for more support.

The only downside to this product service is sometimes, not very often you will run into downtimes where you wont be able to access your information. It is recommended that you know the info that your manager provides you with to login or you will have to ask again. I have used this feature at my former job several times and overall it is a good experience.

Greenshades Employee has helped me to solve problems that pertain to account access and information. It has benefited me greatly at my worksite through taking surveys, accessing tax information and hours worked, including pay stubs.

I think the employee side of green shades is easy to use. I like that there's an option to update your information such as s direct deposits and address changes.

I wouldn't say I like the app. The timesheet portion its set up like a time clock. If it had the option to do timesheets like the computer, itd be way more useful.

I like seeing the status of your timecard, from submitting it to seeing when your supervisor approves it. It saves time from calling your supervisor to see if they approved your timecard.

Greenshades is very easy to understand and navigate through for the employee. I used it when submitting required documents for new employment to my company.

There is not one specific thing I disliked about greenshades. Everything I used it for went smoothly and I have no complaints.

Greenshades has made it incredibly easy for me to submit documents to my employer such as my I9 form, direct deposit form, tax witholding form, etc.

As a supervisor, placing the power to review timesheets prior to approval in the hands of my employees is important. When it's time to approve hours, my employees now have less questions and feel more empowered to know how much they're going to get paid.

On our end, it was difficult to connect to our existing servers. We had to use our old (other service) and new (Greenshades) clock in/out services simultaneously. Also, the default is to show how much income you have - not ideal for preventing workplace envy.

My employees no longer ask me whether they've clocked in. Our previous system did not show clock in or out.

It syncs with our Dynamics GP database and allows us to have an employee self-service portal. We have it set up for nearly ten companies, with employees logging in to view pay stubs, complete benefits open enrollment and changes, and to make updates to W-4s. There are additional modules available for Greenshades as well, that allow our team to calculate complex garnishments, process W-2, and more.

The Greenshades Connector just the job, but it is a nightmare when it comes to scheduling. Since we have several companies on GP and Greenshades, we often have instances where a single company needs to be manually synced to Greenshades. If we do not go back into the Connector and re-select all our company databases, they will NOT be included in our regularly scheduled sync. This causes delays in employees receiving paystubs and everyone gets worried that they didn't get paid, phones start ringing off the hook, and so on. Greenshades could make major strides by improving how syncs are scheduled and preventing manual syncs from overriding what is already scheduled.

We have solved paystub distribution with Greenshades Employee Services. For some of our companies with more field personnel, we have chosen to send PDF paystubs out via email through Greenshades ES. Companies with mostly/all office personnel are simply logging into the ES portal to view their paystubs.

Pretty self explanatory when usuing the site. It’s very easy to navigate once you have all of the access codes. A good way to save the trees and receive your W4’s electronically rather than through the mail.

I dislike that you have to have a access code to get into the account. It makes it 5 times harder for my employees to do such a simple task, such as getting a pay stub

Quick access to pay stubs for employees. They can access there tax forms on there as well.

I really am not impressed. It has not performed well and is not reliable especially for reporting.

No versatility. No ease of use. Unreliable. It is difficult to use and has little connectivity with other systems

It does not play well with other computer software. I have yet to see any benefits.
