GoZen Hyper-Reach is a powerhouse when it comes to automating outreach. As someone who handles a lot of prospecting and lead generation, this tool has been a breath of fresh air. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to get campaigns up and running in no time. The customization options allow you to tailor your messages perfectly, increasing response rates significantly.

Pros:

I love the connectivity to linked to then be able to have it write high personalized emails to the contacts that you were able to get their information. This is the next phase of cold outreach, and I am a big fan.

The onboarding is not as intuitive, and probably for someone more skilled than I it wouldn't be a problem. They had free 1:1 onboarding so very nice of them to have.

It is enabling people's info who come to my site, and be able to target people in real time. I never understood who might be interested in me, and now I can see who it is, and reach out to them with messages that resonate with them.

Absolutely nothing. The company is requesting positive reviews on G2 in exchange for more credits/features. After using the software and paying for an LTD, they decided to no longer honor the LTD.

Not be pieces of scammy crap. Save yourself the effort and work in a call center like the rest of the scammers in Hyperbad.

I along with other users were incentivised to write a review. I like the concept, but unfortunately, it's very poorly managed. and support is completely MIA. I've soent too much of my life trying to get something very simple fixed only go around in circles.

Support is a waste of time. The entire product is mismanaged.
