Accessibility: I have people helping me all the time. It's very easy to understand and use. It's good for Audits. Customer support is great! We use this for every meeting.

We need to be able to have a backup for the system.

We use Govenda for all the meeting in the Bank.

I like the fact that I can access and read Board documents anywhere. On a laptop or my mobile phone. The fact that I can also read offline is breathtaking.

At the moment, I would say that perhaps it would be good for the periodic updates to happen in the background in silent mode. I have noted that sometimes it becomes difficult to continue using the system when they are pending updates. This issue turns to affect meeting starting time as some Board members use the system once every three months; as such, updates installations delays meeting starting times

At the moment, we have no problems. The system usage has enhanced meeting preparations, and Board participation is not dependent on physical presence, but meetings are held virtually even if members are at different locations.

The navigation is intuitive. Very easy to use.

The only negative is the separate sites for user role and admin role. It might be helpful to be able to switch between the two.

Govenda makes it easy to add and send documents, saving work hours and so, saving the company money.

I like that we can download all documents to a meeting agenda. This allows meeting attendees to view on their computers.

I wish that Govenda would send an email or post a notification when they are aware of any issues / problems.

When we have had problems the last two weeks and submitted a ticket to the Support Team, they have been able to fix and advise within a quick time frame.

I have found Govenda's Board Management portal to be very intuitive and the Govenda's Support Team to be very attentive when responding to your questions and/or concerns.

At this time, I do not have any comments in this section.

The JULIE Board and Staff have found Govenda to be very user- friendly and comprehensive.

I had a question about completing a "Vote" for a meeting poll and was reminded that I may also utilize the "Proposed meeting" feature as well, which makes more sense.

I guess it's use works well with groups giving and receiving important information. I like that it has many functions, even if some of them will be challenging to learn.

I'm just learning it's useage now, the dashboard has me a little confused, but that may just be me. I'm sure once I practice it will become eaiser to understand.

Perhaps more intensive training?

I'm really not having any problem yet as I haven't exactly used it. We will be going through some training first. I believe the benefits are that we can share information and attachments as a secure group.

Govenda has made Board meetings easier and more productive! The interface is easy, intuitive, and provides the one place to go for all things related to our board.

I think the levels of permissions are great and help make sure that only those who need admin level access have what they need to make meetings run smoothly.

I like the old name better. Still refer to it as boardbookit

Govenda is highly user-friendly. We have staff that recently began using it; it was so straightforward they only needed minimal training from existing users.

The only problem I've ever had is the need to "publish" a book in two places instead of one.

Sharing meeting documents with our Board as well as other third parties was never this easy or as secure.

The agenda creation tool is easy to use and I like that you can assign it to a person for them to add attachments. I also like taking minutes and inporting the attendance into the minutes and then importing the minutes into the next meeting(s).

The new look has taken some time to get used to. We just figured out how to assign committee admin rights so people are limited in seeing only the information for the committees that they are involved in.

It is a great tool to help organize meetings.

Easy access to data, reduced time in emailing information for meetings. Many of our board members are very happy with the app they can use on their phones. We have reduced the amount of paper copies we need to print for meetings.

It is very user-friendly, and the interface is clean.

I have not run into any issues, nor have I heard complaints from other users.

It has been crucial for booking our board meetings and ensuring everyone on the board has updated documentation on the organization.
