Goodnotes makes it easy to keep handwritten notes, PDFs, and documents organized in one place. I mainly use it to annotate PDFs, create separate notebooks for different projects, and quickly search older notes when I need them. The handwriting search works well for clear writing, and the folder structure keeps everything organized. I also like the smooth writing experience with a stylus and the ability to switch between handwriting and typed text without disrupting my workflow.

The app performs well most of the time, but importing some PowerPoint or Word files can affect the original formatting. I have also noticed that handwriting recognition is not always accurate with fast or untidy writing. Sharing multiple pages at once could also be simpler, especially when working with larger notebooks.

Goodnotes helps me replace paper notebooks by keeping notes, PDFs, sketches, and reference documents together in one organized workspace. Instead of searching through different files, I can quickly find previous notes using search or folders. It also makes reviewing documents and adding handwritten comments much faster, which saves time and keeps my work better organized.

I love this platform for its efficient not taking capability. This platform white boarding which allows The brainstorming. I love the capability of this platform to search for a certain text even Handwritten the notes and it makes the search very easy. I love the editing feature and highlighting feature of this platform. The platform is simple and have a very user friendly interface and the onboarding of this platform is also very easy. I love the overall performance of this platform. I love the integration of this platform with various Cloud drives.

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the pricing of this platform was little bit more moderate. I also wish that the portability of the files was more better. I also use The audio to handwriting feature was also available for all operating systems.

Frankly, The user efficiency of making notes is greatly increased by using this platform. The various features such as audio to handwritten notes, editing, highlighting features etc are really helpful for the user. This platform acts like a more portable notebook and the availability of this platform makes the user more efficient and effective. The capability to import files from cloud drives is really good about this platform and improves the file import easiness of this platform.

I really appreciate having everything I need in one place with Goodnotes. It helps me stay organized, especially with scheduling and keeping my work in order. Since losing my mom, it's been invaluable for keeping all of her estate paperwork together. I find the variety of templates available very helpful, along with the ability to make corrections and updates to pictures I've uploaded. Overall, being able to utilize templates from Pinterest and having multiple outlets for organization make Goodnotes very valuable to me.

There is nothing I can think of at this time that I dislike about Goodnotes. It’s constantly improving.

I do not like that the autocorrect feature does not work properly, even if I spell the word right it will say that it is wrong.

It was very easy to set up; I understood immediately how to create folders. I highly recommend Goodnotes.

I would really like to be able to 'rapid open' the app from a locked iPad. If I double tap my screen with the pen, it opens Apple Notes - it would be so much better if this was Goodnotes.

I use Goodnotes for studying and meetings recording at work. It's great because it facilitates note-taking and is quite interactive. The platform is really easy to use, and setting it up initially was really easy too.

Sometimes it erases what I’m writing by mistake. It's also hard to make it paste. I’m not sure if there’s a gesture that triggers the erasing; regarding to the paste, I’m not sure why sometimes it doesn’t work properly.

I like that Goodnotes has been around for a while and is super reliable. I appreciate that they're always adding updates and new features, even if I don't use every single one, it's nice to have the options. They're also really good about feedback, and whenever I've had issues, they've been super quick to help out. I love the new tape feature for keeping things visually interesting and use the shape feature a lot. The handwriting recognition is super useful, and I've been using all the standard pen tool options on my iPad. GoodNotes recognizes all the styluses I use, which is great, and their audio transcription feature is super helpful.

Sometimes I struggle a little bit with the AI. Sometimes it doesn't always capture the intent I'm trying to have on some of my notes. Also, sometimes GoodNotes can get a little cluttered with so many amazing tools, the UI sometimes can be a lot to navigate. If there was a way to kind of personalize that a bit so it could be cleaner, that would be amazing.

I think improving the typing feature instead of adding text to follow the page layout, for example if it is outline that it follows the lines when typing or making spaces
