Love the integration that's possible between GoodHire and our ATS (Greenhouse). It makes background checks seamless and fast. In my busy day-to-day, I'm grateful for things that make my life easier.

There really isn't much that I dislike. I suppose the only downside is how many emails I get for every change that takes place, but I'm sure this is customizable.

The main problem that's being solved through the integration was the time that it was taking to upload a new candidate. With the integration, this information is preloaded and I just have to submit the request.

Safely background checking mentors to work with our high school students at my nonprofit

I like GoodHires' overall /product/service, but what I appreciate most is their quick response to my questions. I am able to contact my representative via email and will get an almost immediate response. If that person is not available, the response includes a method for me to schedule an appointment that same day. If my need is urgent, I will get a phone call that answers my question or resolves the issue.

I have nothing to offer in response to this question. I have never had a bad experience.

I don't have any problems with GoodHire. The product is exceptions. GoodHire is integrated with Paycor Recruiting, so that streamlines my order submissions. However, it is simple to place orders by logging into the website for checks that don't go through Paycor Recruiting.

I have an issue with getting timely local county results; however, that has nothing to do with GoodHire. Rather it is specific to our county records office. A county clerk has to be available for the person contracted with GoodHire to conduct record searches.

If a clerk is not available, it can delay the results by a week or more.

I like the great communication from Goodhire on the status of the background checks and the fast and efficient service in processing them. The work we do is very time sensitive, so efficiency is very important.

The benefits are that we know we have reliable staff due to the background check administered.

GH has great resources available on their site. Their customer service is always quick, which is important to me when my schedule is so busy. The site is user friendly.

I have no negative comments regarding GoodHire per say but I do wish there were more locations available for our new hires. Some folks that live futher out have had to travel a large distance to get testing done.

We recently moved all HR in house and implementing GoodHire into our onboarding process has been an easy transition. It's excellent having knowledgeable customer service members on hand at all times.
